The tool works adequately. I doubt the claimed torque value seeing as it struggled with a M8x1.25 bolt. It's more of a tool to break stuff loose manually, then zip it off with this. Except it doesn't zip super fast. It's also kind of long and bulky. But Dewalt batteries fit fine and it comes with a random assortment of sockets. Also gardening gloves, like those matter. The safety switch is also literally a switch partially obscured by the go lever, which makes it pretty hard to actually switch on or off. So I leave it 'off' safe. Honestly, not sure of the point on that minus traveling but you shouldn't leave the battery in the tool when not in use anyhow.Overall, for the price, it's acceptable, but not amazing.

This worked as it should. A little bulky but I’m not spending for a dewalt for the little bit I use this. Anything bigger is getting the impact anyways.

I want to say sorry for giving it 2 stars. But really even the Dewalt deserves 3 stars max with this stupid large battery at the end.If you’re worried about an electric ratchet smashing your hands do not fear this one! This one does not have enough power to smash your fingers, 20 ft lbs maybe. My old harbor freight 3/8 with a tiny battery had double the power of this.At $40 I still don’t think it’s worth it. I wasted my money on this and the large square battery makes this ratchet a real pain to use in tight spaces. The lack of power is the final low point.

This tool is a Dewalt knockoff and has a great look and a comfortable handle. I like this style as opposed to the Milwaukee style because the battery is not poking out the bottom of the tool, but rather the battery slides onto the tool.It takes Dewalt batteries with no issues such as sticking or having to slap the battery in place. For home use this is a great tool, has good speed and a small amount of torque for use on assembling that Ikea furniture. It isn't bad for vehicle trim work where the torque specs are not high and you just want something to speed up the process instead of hand wrenching nuts and bolts. As far as using it for more heavier duty automotive work, it's not the best for bolts with a torque spec over 50 foot lbs. I tried on several bolts that I checked with a digital torque wrench and between 45 - 50 foot lbs it couldn't get the bolt started just sat there trying to spin but nothing happening.I do give it credit for the speed and the price point compared to name brand and for taking Dewalt batteries, but this is not meant for anything more than light to medium duty use. It's not a bad tool, it's just not going to hold up or be useful in certain scenarios where higher torque is a factor.

This review is for Cordless Impact Wrench 1/2 Inch for DeWalt Battery (Not Included Battery) from the ikeborm Store, $30 on amazon. This impact wrench is comparable to my Dewalt cordless impact wrench model DCF880H both in terms of size, performance, feel, and torque rating (my Dewalt is rated at 250 ft-lbs and this ikebom is rated at 350 Newton-meters = 258 ft-lbs.)I like the fact that the 1/1” square head drive can accept ¼” hex shank bit without an adapter (they do provide an adapter however). The only application I have for an impact wrench is to install and remove lug nuts that I torque to 100 ft-lbs so I won’t be exercising this wrench to its max torque capability. No problem accepting one of my OEM Dewalt 20 volt max batteries. For the $30 selling price you also get a nice collection of metric impact sockets, ¼” shank drivers and ¼” shank metric drill bits. The three LED work light on my Dewalt is much brighter than the one LED work light on this ikeborm wrench. My Dewalt OEM impact wrench is currently selling for ~$100 on amazon (tool only, no battery) so $30 for a comparable wrench is a great deal. But, or course, time will prove how well it holds up.5 star rating minus one star for the weak work light.

This is a review for the Cordless Impact Wrench 1/2 Inch for DeWalt Battery (Not Included Battery)I don't know how they can make them for this price. The tool worked with my Dewalt batteries. I found it a bit difficult to get the included sockets on and off but it seemed to get easier with use. I found a piece of black of plastic on the drill shaft locking ring. Maybe it came off one of the sockets. The sockets seemed to go on and off easier after I cleared this plastic away. The drive shaft has a female hex machined into it which is great. There is also a hex locking adapter in the kit if you need to keep the hex bit locked in place.I didn't get a manual but I found a push button on the base and indicator lights. There are three settings Low Torque , Mid Range and High Torque. The writing was so small that I needed a bright light and a magnifying glass to read it. The tool toggled between Low Torque and High Torque when I pressed little blue button. I was unable to set my machine to the middle setting of Mid Range. I don't know if this is how they come or if my machine is faulty but what can you expect for this price. A manual would have been nice though.
