Nice to have a little larger bowl than just the cereal bowl. They call it a serving bowl but it’s great for stews, soups, chili.

Bought these to match up with an existing set. Corelle ware seems to last forever, and there is absolutely no way to distinguish these from our 'old' ones.

I have a set of Corelle that’s more than 30years old. I love the pattern and haven’t found everyday dishes that I like as much. They don’t chip, despite three kids, a clumsy husband, and several grandchildren. However, contrary to popular belief if they fall just so Corelle doesn’t just break it shatters and splinters. I’ve lost all but 3round bowls with green trim from a set of 12 and that’s simply not enough to feed all the grands cereal, or ice cream, or pasta, or soup.After breaking a bowl the other day it was time to get new bowls. They just don’t make the 28oz round bowl with green trim anymore. I had to do something. Square bowls.Not only are they easier to hold, but these hold just the right amount. And as a bonus surprise they fit in my dishwasher better! I can get my glasses in beside them and nothing breaks!If you need replacement bowls, these will fill your need, and for a bonus make your old set more contemporary.Buy them! Buy them! Buy them!(I’m thinking I may take my own advise and get one more set!)

These are perfect for replacement of standard cornel bowls. These are a prefect match to the ones that had broken.

I have always liked corelle ware, for beauty and convenience. my only concern is fragility. one of the 4 bowls I ordered arrived broken. still, corelle bowls make a handsome addition to any table setting
