I got this as a gift for one of my friends who enjoys One Piece. I expected the hat to not be too accurate, however, the hat was very accurate to Luffys and is great quality for a straw hat. The hat is very durable and very cheap for the price.

This One Piece straw hat replica is perfect! It has the cut marks from when Buggy drove his claws through it! The hat is bigger in width than most replica straw hats, meaning this hat should actually fit almost everyone! The hat retains it's shape well, and is not floppy. A great buy for any OP fan!

This is a fun hat. It did come a little bent up on one side but the straw materials seem fine. If you have a big head this is probably not for you. This hat measures 22 inches around. It did fit my head, but not my sons or husbands unless they tilted it back. Then you can’t see the red band and it doesn’t look as good. So if you want to wear it more straight on, then measure your head to make sure it fits the way you want it.

It's a good hat. I have a 23 inch head which is pretty big. Average head width is around 19-21 inches from what I've seen of friends and wig/hat products.This had actually fit on my head width wise. But I do feel that it could be deeper, as it doesn't feel 100% secure on my head.It has a cheap elastic band on the inside, but it's not centered perfectly on the hat. It also is non adjustable, narrow, and tight. So I will not be using it, but keeping it because I can hide it.I like this wheat/sand colored more than the yellow version of the hat, as it looks more realistic, like a live version and not the comic/silly version that's bright yellow.Not sure if the crochet scars on the top are from the anime or not. I might not be far enough into one piece to know.Otherwise, 5/5 hat. Very good for costume use or even for daily wear. It's relatively comfortable and lightweight. good value for $17. Came a little frumpled from packaging but easy to smooth out or just wear as it because it looks more at ease.

We're all fans of One Piece in this household, so when we saw this Luffy hat, my daughter had to have it. The hat arrived safely in a large box without any damage. The straw is neatly woven, and the red band is on tight. It looks just like the real thing! Very nice item to collect if you love O.P.

Now, I am the King of Pirates! Mwuahaha! :D Yeah, I love it. It arrived a bit smushed and bent from shipping, so it's taking me some effort to straighten out the rim to make it look right. Also has an odd smell to it fresh out of the packaging. Other thing that's a bit odd is the size/round shape. It's anime accurate which I personally feel is more important, but it fits tightly and oddly on my head. It does fit though, and doesn't fall off easily unless I tilt my head all the way back.. It comes with an elastic strap to help secure it, unlike in One Piece.. I'll be cutting that off, because keeping up with it even when it flies off seems like pretty much a requirement to be Pirate King. Overall, I'm very happy with it, and the 'issues' I listed, are all easily dealt with. I just wanted to be thorough with my review. Kaizoku ou ni ore wa naru! ;D
