The hot water temperature is ≥ 194°F while the cold water dispenser is ≦ 46.4°F. And each 6-min ice making cycle produces 12 blocks of ice cubes. This fast ice making dispenser also has 4 lbs ice storage capacity. And with a safe lock, this water dispenser prevents kids from accidentally dispensing the hot water. Besides, the detachable drip tray deals with spill-out issues and is also convenient for cleaning.

I bought for my husband for Christmas and my mother so I bought 2 of them and the taste of plastic is insane not only that march 25/25 it’s making a god awful noise and we use it everyday I think it’s junk do not buy this

We have tried two different water brands through the machine and it still has a weird taste. I tried filling out the form to return the item but it would cost me $100 to ship it back, the seller doesn't pay for return shipping.

Great purchase. I have had this machine for a year and a half and I have never been so happy with an appliance. Yes, it is a bulky countertop appliance, but it has stopped the half drank water bottles lying around with the kids. They love ice cold water and for those days that I’m just wanting a cup of tea, hot water is instant. Can’t go wrong with this purchase.I did not give it a 5 star for the reason of every once in a bit, a couple of ice chips drop out minutes after someone used the ice feature prior. Also, as I use the 5 gallon bottles to supply the water, I wish there was an attachment instead of lifting the bottle to the top.

We have spent a lot of time running gallons of filtered water through this machine and have given up. The water and ice continue to have an overwhelming chemical taste, with no signs of improvement. I regret not paying more attention to the other customer reviews about this issue and will be reaching out to return it for a refund. Will keep you posted!

I like it, it works, I use it a lot.But I have never gotten the hot water to work (could be me not knowing how to?). The ice I love and water I love. But, the ice occasionally (at least once a day) spits out and cube or two when I am nowhere near it and not used it for over an hour. Of course it didn't spit out ice like that for months after I bought it.

I had this combo ice machine/water dispenser in my cart for a while before I finally purchased. Wish I wouldn’t have waited so long! After researching other options, I have to say I’m very happy with this. Makes ice super fast. Has performed well for 6 months now. Great value for the money.

Bought 2 of these, one for us and one for my son’s family. Tons of lint and dust inside machine. Cannot get the taste of dirt out. Have tried multiple ice machine cleaning products, vinegar, even a capful of bleach and MANY gallons of purified water to get the taste of dirt out of water and ice. We really wanted these to work so trued everything. Now it’s too late to return 😳

I have two!!! Absolutely satisfied!!! Absolutely recommend this item for anyone looking for an ice maker & water dispenser w/out auto clean. I do have to clean it manually after every 5 gallon bottle change but well worth it. Very easy to use & maintenance.

So far it works as advertised! Water tastes great coming out of dispenser! Ice dispenser works quickly and sure makes water taste so much better when it is cold! Makes some noise, but not overly loud. So easy to fill a glass with water & ice!

So. I've only had this set up for a few days (I might have to update if something breaks) but for today, I'm loving this thing! I love that I can make icecubes and then shut off the feature (to conserve energy, and running the icemaker and dropping of the cubes is fairly noisy). But the cool thing (literally) is that it keeps the ice cubes frozen for hours! Like overnight! I haven't even turned on the hot water function as that wasn't something I was needing, but I like that if I do, it has a lock so kids can't accidentally get hot water on themselves. So in reality, I have a water cooler, an ice maker, and a hot water machine and each part can be used separately, or all at once. I didn't realize I could choose which part I could turn off. I like that it dispenses the ice cubes and that it's not a drawer where dirt can get inside.
