Best collars on the market by far. I use them with an adjustable dumbbell bar up to 110 lbs for cleans and jerks. This is why I wanted a collar that would hold the weight, and not risk an injury. Highly recommend them. You get what you pay for.

These are amazing. My traditional 45lb barbell, is now a 50lb barbell forever. They are none destructive of the bar, even tho they will leave a ring around the bar on really heavy weights with hard landings. The fact that they do not budge if you want to tighten them based upon the activity, is hands down great.I bought them based on the fact that they are 2.5lbs a piece and make it very easy to add into the total. This saves time and energy when it comes to loading a bar and having to add in a bent over position, as one does in a dead lifting session.5 starts, as I have received more than I thought I was purchasing. Thanks

I foolishly spent some cash on some of the other items available in the market place. These beat out any of the fraction of the price items are. I do not like plate movement for many exercises. This is what you need to meet this demand. Farmers walks etc hold up against this durable item.

These are great, easy to use, heavy duty collars. I like them so much that I just ordered a 2nd set.

Solid collars that clamp well. In hindsight I should have spent a little extra money and purchased the Ivanko's with the spin lock feature. They cost a little more but I would be assured the plates are absolutely tightly fitted against each other. Having said that: You can't go wrong with these.

These are AMAZING and worth every penny.I tried the Rogue HG (Lock Jaw) collars and the regular spring clips. Both come loose just as easily as each other! If you put a 45lb weight on either of those and wiggle it with your hand, the grip loosens. NOT the case with these. Some key positive points:1) Going from slipping-off to never-letting-go is actually only about a quarter of a turn on the screw. You don't really need to torque down the screw either, it stays pretty well. This makes these actually easier than the Lock Jaw and about as easy as the spring clips to take off2) They're a nice chrome color. They look amazing, match the bar, and really look sweet bookending between the weights and the collar (i.e. chrome collar, weights, chrome IVANKO training collar).3) They're the same thickness as the Lock Jaw collars really. You're not adding any extra thickness. If you're putting so much weight on the bar that you need to worry about the thickness of these, you're already using a competition-grade collar anyways and aren't reading this.4) The inside is entirely metal. The screw drives a sort of U-shaped metal surface that contracts inside the piece. There's no rubber. No rubber means less wear, which means consistent grip over time and no play in the grip itself.5) At least when i bought them (it seems they are currently unavailable) they shipped from around Los Angeles, and pretty much the next day. The shipping estimate was pretty far off (they estimated 3 weeks and it took like 4 days).Basically, the best thing you can buy for a collar at this price range. If you're doing deadlifts and bent-over rows where shifting of the weight is an issue, get these over any Lock Jaw or spring clip collars.
