It is so cool, screwed on perfectly I have no issue with it. Its small, not a big size so it wont look huge on your face.

This little piece is so great in concept but not at all in real life. Sits very high off the piercing. Mine are microdermals near both eyes and there's no way I could wash my face or even brush hair out of my eyes without catching this. It's layered which you cannot see in the photos..and because of that layering the metal is easily bent or disfigured and leaves a lot of area to hold bacteria because it cannot be properly cleaned without removing and soaking it. The gauge is correct. However, the threading and tip of the threading don't allow me to screw this top on fully. It's also much heavier than it should be for such a delicate piercing. Wasted money.

Looks hard to put on but haven’t got the chance yet my piercing is only a month old it looks like it’s going to fit an be sweet tho

The product looks great but I've literally ordered it 5 times due to the fact that no matter how much I tighten it and check it I wake up or look in the mirror to find out it's missing. Hoping some of the lost ones show up because (found and relost one so far) they're too expensive to keep replacing.

I do not wear this around my kids because it does catch easily and my son managed to get his curly hair caught on it within a minute but I was expecting it from the reviews and luckily its very easy to take off and put back on! I'm a piercer so I wear it to work then take it off and put it in my jewelry box in the bathroom when I get home. It's so cute I honestly don't mind! I actually ordered this to use to install a dermal on my boyfriend this weekend but I loved it so much I ordered him another and kept the original. I think the biohazard symbol unscrewed, I noticed the post was half the length length it should be as scare screwed the biohazard symbol up closer to the jewel and it is now normal length. It probably comes all the way off judging by how it looks, I haven't checked yet but that's a good way to do a toned down look with this, it would just be a diamond in a black setting at that point and that's pretty unique!
