How can you protect your opener?

Failsafe Manual Release

Opener stopped working. The only tech support is through e mail. It takes two days to get a response. The diagnosis of the bad mother board took a month of messages back and forth. Finally got the new board and the opener only worked for half a day and it's down again.

This is an Awesome product! If your not careful when connecting you can fry the motherboard so be careful, The tech support is terrible never could get anyone on the phone to answer questions. Remotes are easy to program. Overall I am very happy with this gate opener.

I got his product and I followed all instructions and its lot problem, it's not worth it, don't spend money buying this product, and you can't contact by phone customer service

I followed all the instructions and finally able to install it.. When I went to power it up the board began to smoke. so I unplugged it and the board had some burnt marks on it..
