Can’t get customer support to respond to me. I’ve emailed them 3 times. Bought this to go along with their gate opener. It won’t connect and function property. Now the gate opener has magically stopped working 1 month after install.

Didn’t even make it 6 months before it stopped working. Spent money having it ran in the ground. Worked for a few months and now nothing. Lost money on the item and the work performed.

I installed this on a Ghost Controls gate setup. It works exactly like the OEM type at a reduced cost. The color coded wires are different than OEM, but if you follow the provided instructions and compare them to the Ghost instructions, you can easily figure it out. Be sure you DO install the added sensitivity device for the sensor to work properly.

The cable must be in a conduit; it is not MARKED FOR direct-burial. There is no wax or grease inside the cable jacket. The cable is marked ZR(C)-RVV It is unshielded (probably OK)The wiring diagram show GND on RED and VCC on Green. This is reversed and inconsistent with the written instructions.

High quality, good aesthetic, functions well:This product feels and functions very good and is clearly well designed and waterproofed. The unit's size is pretty compact but it's definitely heavy enough to let you know it's not a cheap knockoff. The aesthetic of the unit is also great - meaning you can bury it so you don't even know its there! The magnetic sensing of this device has so far worked every time, and it doesn't mistake people or animals thanks to the type of sensor it uses, making it very convenient to keep pets secure while letting in cars.Overall, this is a great product and I would recommend.

Installation could not have been easier. I did run the wire through a section of PVC pipe to protect it from being cut by accident. The sensor works every time without exception. It is annoying when cutting grass, but the gate closes after a minute, so it is not a big deal, just wanted to mention it. Overall, we are happy, and we would buy this opener wand again. 5 STARS
