Plastic “glass” is thin and flimsy. Thin cardboard backing. Did not come with the sawtooth hanger that was supposed to be included.

My poster was exactly 21.45”X 29.67” “Frieren beyond Journey’s end” poster, which was a hassle to find any were with reasonable price range although 30 is still badly priced it was still the best option available. And to my surprise it was better than I expected.Set up:Super easy and fastHonestly it was simple to put the poster in and then bam it doneDurability:It had a funny label on the cover that said remove when ready to install which makes me think it have been scratched in delivery process. But that’s reassuring as it comes with no scratchesThe frame:It’s good, has a metallic rope that you tie behind the poster then hang it against the wall! It was very stable once it was put up against the wall. It was leveled and nothing was moving the frame from it place.All in all, 4/5 a bit big and over priced in my book -1 but the only one I could find so +3 and it had really nice frame +1. A word of warning, don't get it if you’ve found cheaper ones with the same size or can make your own frame!

the frame itself is very cheaply made. The old adage you get what you pay for applies. The frame itself feels almost like it's made from some kind of cardboard composite. So if you are looking for a heavy duty frame, look elsewhere. If you're looking for, say, a poster frame, this should suffice.Saying that, this is more a review about my experience with Amazon return policy.The original item arrived in a bent, almost twisted packing box. On opening, the frame was split, rendered unusable, ready for disposal. I contacted Amazon, and they were efficient, prompt in handling a replacement and telling me to dispose the original damaged frame.
