Das beste Meditationskissen, das ich bisher hatte 🤩Hatte bislang ganz runde Kissen oder flachere richtige Halbmonde. Das Zafu-Kissen ist einfach perfekt, wenn man sich richtig darauf platziert, wie im kleinen Booklet angegeben. Ich kann echt super aufgerichtet und auch länger bequem meditieren oder Atemübungen praktizieren. Der Bezug ließ sich sehr gut in der Waschmaschine waschen. Alles ist top verarbeitet und sieht sehr hochwertig aus. Bin sehr happy 😊

The ability to remove some buckwheat has allowed me to achieve improved symmetry needed for spine and pelvic discrepancy. Also appreciate being able to remove outer cover for washing. Overall firmness may not appeal to everyone but can be modified somewhat by removing filling and shifting seating surface. Not sure if crescent shape has made any difference for me. Well-made and more attractive than most others seen.

Un bonheur pour mon dos, posé juste sur mon fauteuil.J'ai choisi le sarazin pour la finesse de ces grains et sa fermeté.Se place facilement de par sa taille, tient très bien, ferme pour ma part (parfait), couleur noire pour aller avec tout support.Je regrette juste que la matière attrape un peu les peluches, mais c'est à la marge à côté du confort qu'il procure, Merci !

I only ever used a kapok filled zafu, which was not as high, and I find this new zafu to suit me so much better. It has a large enough seat, and it seems to make my alignment perfect for sitting! It allows me to sit for longer periods of time as my knees are comfortably below my hips, and the buckwheat hull fill is very stabilizing as well. I also chose the orange color, which I like also.

Ottimo cuscino, robusto e comodo, ideale durante la meditazione. Lo utilizzo anche per sostenere i piedi mentre sono alla scrivania o seduta davanti alla tv. La stoffa esterna presenta un bellissimo colore e si lava a mano in acqua fredda senza problemi di restringimento o scolorimento. Nel complesso sono molto soddisfatta e ne consiglio l'acquisto.
