The US Stove 40263 grate keeps the wood elevated from the base of the furnace and allows air to flow around the fuel properly. This helps to increase the efficiency of the burn. You should periodically inspect the grate in your furnace. If you notice holes forming, cracks starting or any warping the grate should be replaced.

I have a wonder wood burning stove and this grate works wonderfully in it. The last ones I had was the factory grate they finally broke used them for 10 yrs or more anyway I got these grates an had them n for two winters now an they still look as great as the day I got them so if u r looking to replace them go for these there work really wonderful they have keep me warm so go for it

This product was advertised as a three pack and then the delivery arrived at the house there was only one in the box! Very clearly advertised as a three pack!!! I wrote a inquiry about now receiving only 2/3 grates. I don't understand what is so hard about this! 3-Pack mean 3, not 1!!!!!I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A RESPONSE AS OF THIS MESSAGE!!!! 2.6.24!!!!!IT IS NOW 2.8.24 AND STILL NO RESPSONE!!!!PLEASE HELP!!!
