After my C-section, this belly binder became my daily ally. The adjustable compression hugged my swollen belly just right, offering support without suffocating me, and the gel packs? Magic. I used the cold therapy religiously the first week to numb incision pain (pro tip: freeze them overnight for max chill), then switched to heat for cramp relief during breastfeeding. The pocket holds the packs securely, so I could shuffle around the house or snuggle my baby without them shifting.The gel packs take a bit longer to freeze than expected, but worth the wait. If you’re recovering from a C-section or need versatile hot/cold relief, this is a must-have.

I put the cold pack in it and wrapped it around my compression band and its great. I had a hysterectomy and this is very helpful with the pain. I like that there are two so I can do hot and cold therapy to hopefully help with the healing. It has a little slit in one of the bands so you can feed the other thru it to make it tight or as tight as you want. It’s comfortable and comforting to wear.

Soft and pliable.Last thing you want if you're not feeling very well is to put a heating pad on yourself which smells like chemicals. These do. This, in spite of the fact that I actually had them in front of an ozone machine to get rid of the perfume smell, before I started using them.It's nice to have a wearable device, instead of walking around trying to tuck an ice or hot pack in my shirt.Don't forget to knead them while heating and before applying. They do get hot spots.It lost a lot of stars for the chemical smell.

I ordered this because I am expecting my first child in May via c-section and although I haven’t seen or felt it in action yet, I have to say it seems promising.The band itself is sturdy looking, but not rough in texture and I love the idea that it’s designed for hot or cold temperatures as I’m sure that my needs during my recovery process will change from day to day.I’ll be sure to update this section once I’ve truly begun using this, for now it’s a tentative 5 star rating for me.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I am really blown away by the quality of this. I have had 2 c sections and will use this for my 3rd and love how high quality this recovery band is. The instructions for using the hot/ cold therapy packs are straightforward and the best part is that it comes with a 1 year warranty from date of purchase!

This is a very nice c section recovery band! The band itself is too long for me to use as a belly support during my pregnancy, but I’m excited to use it for my recovery. My last pregnancy, I just had an ice pack I tried to balance in my c section underwear, so this is a much more practical solution. It also comes with 2 ice packs!
