After having a c-section, I really needed some additional abdominal support. This worked great! The one provided by the hospital was flimsy and I still had to hold my abdomen. This wasn't itchy or uncomfortable.

I love that this belt has dual adjustments. The main one to get it in the right spot, and then the two smaller bands that help to tighten it just the way you want. Extra comfortable and feels very secure.
