I have had a Cuisinart knife set for nearly 5 years and use them daily. I got these as I only had one paring knife. These are easy to handle and stay sharp nearly indefinitely. Highly recommend.

Not nearly as good as anticipated...quite disappointed...spend a little more and buy something better...I can see these ending up in the garbage in under a year of steady use...Not recommended
