WTF somehow I thought this was supposed to be ceramic, it is not, but it is the best knife I have ever had. Just hope it last a while. Cuts bread with ease, as well as all else.

Same size/shape as blue knife in the Cusinart set. We used it so much, it got duller. Just needed that one replaced.It’s more dangerous when the knife is dull than sharp. More likely to slip.So when it went 1/2 price, I bought it immediately!Cuts through raw chicken like it’s butter!

I had searched for Ceramic knifes and thought that's what I was getting because it's colored and showed up in the search. Was disappointed that it's just a metal blade. It IS sharp. But not what I wanted. READ THE DESCRIPTION BEFORE YOU BUY!!!

I nearly lost a finger with one of these knifes and now the warden keeps them locked up. I actually lost a fingertip in the chicken pieces I was cutting and still served it for lunch!!....this is the first time I'm telling anyone! Feels good to get that off my chest....this knife is extremely sharp, like no joke sharp. It is an incredibly good price for this type of quality. The handles are not hollow and won't drip water when washed. I have no complaints other than not being allowed to use them anymore 😠

This knife is very sharp. I hope it stays that way because having it sharpened might be an issue since it is coated. We use it for slicing a big roast beef and it does the job. Our old knife -- and we didn't know how dull it was until we used this one -- was tearing up the beautiful prime roast beef because it was dull. This one slides through like butta. I put it in the dishwasher, blade lying flat so the sharp blade doesn't cut the rubber racks and cause rusting on the rack! That's how sharp it is. I probably will hand wash it from now on, just to preserve its blade.
