They are also ideal for adding storage space to your vehicle with a hitch-mounted cargo carrier or bike rack. Each CURT class 3 hitch is engineered to fit on a specific vehicle. This provides the best possible fit and easiest installation. This particular custom class 3 hitch fits 2008-2020 Rogue and Rogue Select (Excluding Krom). It is designed to integrate with the vehicle's existing features and offer a reliable connection to your trailer. This Rogue and Rogue Select hitch is stringently tested in accordance with SAE J684 to ensure a weight carrying capacity of 3,500 lbs. GTW and 525 lbs. TW. It also features a 2" receiver tube opening to accept ball mount or other hitch accessory with a 2" x 2" shank. This custom wiring harness features a vehicle-specific design to perfectly fit the 2008-2020 Rogue and Rogue Select (Excluding Krom). It uses OEM-compatible connectors to "T" into the vehicle's taillight assembly and provides a standard 4-way flat output to power the taillights, brake lights and turn signals on your trailer. This CURT loaded ball mount features a gross trailer weight capacity of 7,500 lbs. and a tongue weight capacity of 750 lbs. It comes with a 2" trailer ball, making it an excellent choice for towing most boat trailers, utility trailers, campers, livestock trailers and recreational vehicle trailers used for hauling dirt bikes, motorcycles and ATVs (NOTE: Never exceed the lowest weight capacity of any towing component; i.e. the vehicle, hitch, trailer, etc). This ball mount also has a length of 7-1/2", a drop of 2" and comes with a gloss black powder coat finish to resist rust, chipping and UV damage.

The hitch seems great, installed easily and seems plenty hefty enough and came with all parts. The wiring harness kit, however, was not complete. A set of wires was included, but the parts to connect the pieces together and attach them to the car were not in the package. An exchange of emails with the vendor did not result in me receiving the missing pieces; instead I was told I could get a refund for what I did get if I sent it back but they could not send a complete wiring kit nor the missing pieces. I opted to keep the parts I did receive and find the butt connectors, terminal ring, zip ties, screws, & mounting tape elsewhere.
