Wow! This induction cooktop is incredible! Really had no idea how great performance could be with a single burner unit. Boils water in no time, sizzling hot for my wok, clean-up a breeze. What I really love is, like a gas stove, the temperature changes immediately......no waiting for burner to cool down. I park it right next to my sink, no more scrubbing the glass top stove. Life just got easier.....buy it!!

I put a cover over my gas stove and just use 2 of these for cooking. Heats up quick, easy temperature adjustments, wipe off to clean.

I have been using this at least once a day for about 3 months now. I absolutely love it. It heats up quickly and maintains the set temperature. It doesn't heat up the kitchen like gas or electric burners. It's easy to clean and has several safety features. I definitely recommend it.

This is perfect for when you have a stovetop full and you need one more burner.. Easy to use, and really easy to clean. It isn't terribly heavy and heats up rather quickly.

It's alright for the price but it's on the smaller side. While the entire item is what you'd expect in size, the actual cooking ring is on the small side you can't actually use a large amount of cookware as uneven heating causes warps. I'm only able to use smaller pans and pots on this so it's disappointing.Everything else does seem fine though for what they are. The temperature is accurate and this cooktop works faster than my stove does at heating. My stove is definitely on the older side though and some of tops are not working well.Controls were not confusing at all and even my mom, who is technologically challenged, didn't have a hard time with using it. The display is clear and I didn't find the interface to be hard to understand. Then look of it is nice and clean, definitely sleek looking because of the material used and design. I store mine away because I have no space, but it would look fine being left on the countertop.Overall, everything is great about it except for the small cooking ring. I feel like if they shifted the interface down and gave it a little more room, they wouldn't have to worry about bigger pans and pots overreaching into it. Still, it does perform fine for actual heating.

4 stars because I found the directions confusing. I still do not know how to use the timer but I don't need it. This is my first time using an induction cook top. I was very pleased how fast it got the water to boil. I had read reviews on other products I thought of buying and many said they could not get the water to boil. I see it is on sale for a Black Friday deal. I am still learning to cook with it, but for now it is great when you need high heat fast.

This induction cooktop by Cusimax is the best I've used. This is the first induction cooktop I've used that not only allows direct power control and presets, it also has a feature that allows heating by temperature. I love the look and the blue display, but the blue ink on the black is a little hard to read. Needs to be brighter or backlit. So how fast does it work and how does it work? I took 2 identical pots and put 2 cups of water in each. One pot went on this induction cooktop and the other pot went on a glass top halogen stove. Both pots were the same temperature to start and both heating appliances were cold to start. I then turned both on to maximum. 4 minutes later the induction cooktop was boiling and the stove pot wasn't. 10 minutes later the stove pot still hadn't boiled and that's when I turned it off. Test over and induction cooktop wins.It works by turning the bottom of your cookware into the heating element with magnetic induction. With that said, it is important to know this will only work with cookware that a magnet can stick to on the bottom. If you have aluminum or copper, it won't work. And what's great about this is if the cookware is removed, the induction cooktop doesn't make any heat on it's own, but it will be hot from the hot cookware you just had on it. And when you remove your cookware it beeps to let you know it's missing and in a few seconds if the cookware isn't put back, it will turn off. This is an amazing product and a really good price at $99.93 when I ordered. I give 5/5 stars.

This was an experience for me to use for the first time, and it was a good one! So simple, so quick. I was a little apprehensive at first and then got concerned about hurting my counter due to the cautions in the manual, so I got out my stove-top mat and put it underneath. Turned it on and a fan noise was the first thing noticeable...this is 'standby' mode and the fan stays on the whole time, whether in standby or powered up and working. Sound level about same as the top of the stove fan I'd say.The manual, although short and sweet is very thorough. Good thing! I was again concerned as I got started as I wanted to boil water to boil perogies but I have no idea what temp that requires...then I noticed icons across the bottom and one of them looked like it would mean 'boil' so I kept reading and sure enough it did and I read how to use those. No need to know the temp but it shows you (1500 degrees). In very short order it was boiling cold tap water. Switched to 'simmer' after adding the perogies. I'd say they were cooked in the water in about half the usual time. Then I wanted to fry them in butter and onions so I switched to 'fry' mode. You can switch from one mode to another while it is working. 'Fry' is really hot, in fact it was far too hot too fast and I feared my butter would burn so off came the pan....BEEP says the machine...pan back on and turn it back to simmer. Perfect setting to just brown the perogies and fry the onions. MMMM delicious and so quick! It is going to take some time to get used to cooking on this, I am in the habit of picking up the fry pan and stirring while I hold it for a lot of things but this unit does not like that at all, manual states the pot should be ON the burner before turning it on.It is going to be ever so useful at Christmas and other times when family & friends are here to feed as the extra burner will be very handy. It'll be perfect to boil the monster pot of potatoes on. I am very glad I had that stove-top mat on hand or I likely would have had to wait to use it for fear of damaging the counter. It does cool down quickly, as soon as I finished eating I lifted it to see how hot and placed my hand on the surface; it was warm but no longer hot.If you don't already have one, you might need one...and if you need one for an apartment or room or space with no stove, this is definitely the unit for you.
