Everyone came out beautiful. I got mother's day gifts for myself and sisters. It was this lockett. One side picture my mother and the other my grandmother. They have both passed away. This is a good memory I wanted to gift to my siblings. Thanks for a job very well done

We bought these lockets for my kids grandma’s for Christmas. We included a pic of their grandkids. They turned out perfectly and they loved them! They came with a chain, which I wasn’t expecting. Nice, thoughtful gift for a grandmother or mother.

I bought this for my 14 year old daughter after her grandmother died. I did let her pick the photos, so she loved it when it arrived. But, one of the photos was blurry and pixelated and the other was very zoomed out, grandma had a tiny head. What was sent did not match the preview photos shown prior to ordering. But, she loved it and wouldnt let me sent it back. The piece has nice weight to it and seems well made. The chain tho, broke almost immediately. Easy fix, but still a hastle. The finish started flaking off within the first week. My daughter only wore it during the day, no perfumes or lotions touch it, not during sports or in the shower. She doesn't sleep in it. It still managed to turn her neck and chest green. Its almost unrecognizable now--its multiple colors due to corrosion and wear and flaked-off coatings. If you use large enough photos and dont intend to ever wear it, it would be a pretty keepsake. If you ever plan to remove it from the bag, dont buy this product.

The outside of the heart necklace is good quality for its price. Although the inside of the heart; where the picture is contained is not really good quality, it does not show the picture in the way I put it to be. ( it is a bit unclear to the point where you could only see the people that are close to the camera )

First and foremost, the item is not eligible for return. The quality is horrible. The personalized photo feature is too small and the coloring is off. The clasp does not snap to keep the locket closed. My young grandson had me order this for his Mom’s birthday. He was so disappointed with it and even more so because he couldn’t have the broken locket replaced. Don’t waste your money on this item.
