They were really cool and sent me a photo of the product after I emailed them. I liked it when I got it. It looks just like the image. I had a lot to say, so I should have chosen a different font but that was my bad not theirs. it is still legable.

Initially seems well made. Came with a protective sheet on the front side. When that’s removed it reviled a sharp clear image and printing.Our boys picture looks clear and true. Printing looks nice.No idea how it’ll hold up outdoors yet.I’d definitely recommend buying one.

Beautiful and words and photo. It was customized as specified. Acrylic seems good quality. Be aware that the size is from stake to top. So the sign part of the medium is actually about 5.5x8. A bit pricy for the size but still nice.

Updated: January 2025 - the review has been updated because I was sent a bigger grave marker for my maximus. I did not ask for this, but they sent on their own. Thank you for correcting this issue.Review edited: Updated again, December 2024 - the second leg broke "somehow" and I had to mount it on a wooden cross I had made with zip ties. This item is not durable enough to be placed anywhere in dirt. It is not strong enough and for the cost, it should not be displayed as such. Please be extra careful when placing in the ground.Unfortunately, as nice and perfect as it was upon arrival. It is not as durable as it "should" be. I went to have a moment at the grave of my beloved Maximus, and as I was placing his marker toward the front, very suddenly, the plastic on one of the legs broke off at the connecting point to the front plate. This was devastating to me. The ground was not hard, it had rained a good bit and was soft. It's a custom-made marker so there is no returning it, but for the price paid AND considering these are placed IN THE GROUND, it should be sturdier than it was. This was a very sensitive moment for me, I was not rushing nor was I trying to force it into the ground, so that tells me, unfortunately, you have to be extremely cautious of this as it is very very weak. The other piece didn't break off, so it is currently standing on one leg, but it is still serving its purpose even if it is broken. I am disappointed, but the marker beyond that is still pretty. If you order, please be extremely careful, even if you feel you are being careful as I was, be even more careful as it will break.The sudden loss of my 12 year rottweiler has been brutal. I searched and searched for a Grave marker that I liked and could customize and at a good price point, my rott was very special to me and I have really struggled with his loss due to arthritis. I was very pleased with this product and the craftsmanship. The picture was clear and perfect, the lettering was clear and nice. I am extremely happy with this product and highly recommend. It took a little while to be delivered but being that it is custom, that is common. It appears to be of good quality and durable.
