All The Making Process is Handmade
- Firstly,artists need to plane the basswood and carve the shape of nesting dolls by different size requirements.
- Then saw the wood from middle into 2 pieces and hollow out both sides.That's the prototype of nesting dolls.
- After that,artists paint the original pattern on the wood by pencil.
- Finally,dye the nesting dolls with colorful painting according to design drawing.
Size of Each Doll
- The largerst one measures 15cm/5.9" tall and 12cm/4.7" wide.
- The smallest one measures 1.3cm/0.5" tall and 1.4cm/0.6 wide.
- Note:This picture is too small,but you can clearly see it from the beginning of listing.
- Please note that due to the nesting dolls are handmade,the size of each set of dolls may have slight difference.
- Handmade products can't be as perfect as products that is manufactured by machinery.
- Please be careful when you open the second smallest doll in case the smallest doll pops out and be missing.

Es hätte noch ne Lackierung gebraucht aber sowas kann man fix selber machen.Der kleinste ist so winzig, man kann ihn kaum in die Hand nehmen. Für 3 Jährige ist es wunderbar geeignet. Bis auf die ganz kleinen Pinguine. Das kann man alles differenziert anpassen je nach Alter könnten dann auch 2 Jährige sich damit beschäftigen.

The craftsmanship for the smaller penguins was lacking. The smaller penguins were painted sloppily.

The smallest penguin is even smaller than my nail from the little finger. The first 5 toys are ok but from 6-10 it is hard even for me to open and place back .If I will knew how small they are probably I would look for another seller.Overall everything is good.

My grandson loves penguins. He was delighted to receive these stacking ones for his 13th birthday. He and his sister both had so much fun discovering them, down to the last one the size of a thumbnail.

Demasiado pequeños los pingüinos que trae dentro. Mi idea era usarlo en el cole para trabajar hasta el 10 pero se ha quedado de adorno. No me ha gustado mucho la verdad

My daughter got a kick out of these! She loves penguins. She’s 8 but if it’s for a small child you’ll need to take away the smaller penguins, the smallest is almost a centimeter

What a hit! Our 2 year old loves these. She unpacks them. Lines then up when stacks them again. I was impressed by how thick the wood is, making them robust when played with by a toddler (they’ve been dropped many times) The penguins are very cute, arrived promptly and were well packaged.

My son is 9 and loves little things like this. Some of the tops and bottoms didn’t have a tight fit and just balanced on top (hence the 4 stars) but that’s ok

This nesting set is super cute. There are 10 in the set and they get tiny as your pinky toenail. Will purchase from again.

My nephew loved it so much that he goes to sleep with it every night. He jealously guards it against his younger sister and won't even let her touch it. It's adorable to see how much that he enjoys it. However, he has no problems at all with letting older relatives "helping" him out in assembling and disassembling it.
