Works well so far... I ordered two extra in case of a malfunction and I could use my headlight on any of my other 7 bicycles also....

I accidently left the old mount attached to my old broken bike before I junked it. So I was pleased to see that this accessory is available and very inexpensive.What I am less pleased about is that the mounting system is very insecure and the lamp is very prone to slide of its mount at the slighest provocation, making it next to useless. I ended up having to manually readjust the lamp everytime I went over a rough spot to avoid it flying off and clattering on the roadside.But if the lamp works for you without problems, then it is nice to have a separately available mount, which allows you to transfer the light from bike to bike easily-should that need exist.
