When water overflows from the tub, it can cause significant damage to the floor, other appliances, and the bathtub. This 1-hole face plate comes with an adapter where it can replace 1-hole or 2-hole overflow plates. A screw is also included for easier installation of the drain overflow plate. Somehow the 10 year old Moen on that was installed when my house was build broke. ( I assume one of the kids dropped the handheld shower on it but no one is confessing) I bought this one to replace it and honestly I think one might actually be better than what was there. Even the screw that came with this one seemed to be better qualitity than the screw on the original.if you find yourself in the market for a new tub overflow plate, this one is a good choice!

This overflow was easier to install and it looks really good. I think it’s gonna be very adorable and will be in place for years.

This product is very inexpensive and worked so well and a great fit for my tub. Just a side note you will need 2 more screws to attach the housing, so don’t throw the old screws away when removing old one.

the plate is plastic not metal like other Danco products. it does not include the 2 screws that mount the adapter plate to the overflow pipe. it does include the one screw that mount the plate to the adapter plate.i would think it would come with the kit since with this plate you are converting a 2 hole plate to a single hole plate.

It works and simple to install and cheap but it is plastic but that’s what I wanted so it won’t rust in time.

Even though it is chrome cover plastic, it is solid and cleaner than the old metal one that corrodes on the back side and around the bottom. It looks good and easy to install. It even comes with a bracket to adapt to and replace the two hole covers.
