These dance shoes are a option for someone who doesn't want to order through a dance supplies store! They are soft and easy to break in. They are consistent in color with those you would order through a studio, making them a great option if you need to order a pair in a pinch. The only critique I would offer up is that there is no way to tighten the shoes around the feet. There is only the elastic band across the top of the foot.

I got these shoes to try for barre class, and like other reviewers I think they're just okay. As a casual adult dancer with ballet training, I would not wear these for a traditional ballet class. There's not enough leather in the sole, and as others have noted these don't fit the foot closely enough for that purpose. If you just want a casual pair of ballet-look slippers for wearing around the house or light exercise these might be fine. Otherwise I would look for more traditionally made leather ballet slippers.

Only decent quality. Probably run large for ballet shoes: I am a size 5 in regular shoes, but need a size 6 in ballet slippers; these were billed as size 6, but are clearly bigger and wider than any ballet shoes I've had before. They are pretty comfortable to dance, though did make some noise on my turns. Holds well on feet and I like the intense color, but these are clearly on the cheaper side compared to my other shoes (though also significantly cheaper), in both build quality and materials.

What a great price for these. They are super comfy and TTS. Color is just as pictured and feels like they'll last just as long as the other material ones. Perfect!

True to size, these are a perfect fit and look and feel to be of high quality materials. The toe box area is comfortable and looks like traditional ballet slippers would look and feel like. Great for dress up or even dance classes that require ballet slippers.

I snagged these in case I actually sign up for one of the adult classes that a local ballet studio offers. Though I'm years removed from my training, I can definitely recall what makes a good ballet shoe for class, and this is not it. I can say that the material is nice, as is the color, but those are pretty much the only compliments I can give.For starters, the sizing is off. I ordered a women's 7 & it's too large. The placement of the center seam is entirely too far back. The pads on the bottom are weirdly & not symmetrically placed, and they have too much slip- yes, you'd like your foot to good when necessary, but you don't want to ice skate across the floor. These arrived with the top elastic sewn in place which is a HUGE no-no. One should place and sew their own elastics to insure a proper fit.I would definitely skip these for practical use, but I suppose they'd be ok for a Halloween costume or something.

These ballet shoes are pretty standard, fits as expected, and is pretty decent quality. The color is listed as ballet pink so be aware that means pretty nude looking in person.
