Your cart is empty. The Dual Power Automatic Switch is designed for intelligent automatic switching between two power sources.
For example, Power Source A serves as the primary source, while Power Source B serves as the backup. Both Power Source A
and Power Source B are simultaneously connected to the input ports of the Dual Power Automatic Switch, and its
output is connected to various loads. When Power Source A fails, the automatic switch will automatically switch to
Power Source B, ensuring uninterrupted operation without any downtime or reboot. When Power Source A is restored,
it switches back to Power Source A, again ensuring uninterrupted operation. The product features include extremely
fast switching speed of only 7 milliseconds (ms), noiseless switching, and long service life. It also has dual-mode
switching control: Mode A (Automatic Mode) and Mode B (External Mode).

Considering returning this item as I do not have a solid answer from seller on what the two leads are from coming from middle of the device. This device will switch fast from B (backup) to A(priority): B is 12VDC source. A is 12VDC source. When A is off and then turned on, this transfer switch cuts to A(priority) power with an insignificant slight glitch or flicker in the power. When switching from A to B by turning A off, there is a full cutout of power such that the load drops out and back on. If using as backup for a power outage, this will reset and device connected on the load or output.

This is great for diy projects. It is fast switching. This gives you easy access to automate your power plan. I set it up so that when I have solar coming in it uses that but once the sun is gone it switches to grid power. That gives an automated way to use solar every time its available and not have to micromanage it. If you want to have power switching, give this a go. Be sure to read the specs so that you have the right voltage range for your application.
