When installing a new car seat in my 2014 f250 for my grandson, it did not have the lower clips. This makes it usable. Very secure once installed. We can also now put his car seat into our side by side.

I've purchased two of theses. Our third row doesn't have the latch, so I bought this hoping it would suffice, but it is a perfect fit and exceeded my expectations. Our vehicle is a 2008 Toyota Highlander. If your on the fence, I suggest buying it.

I have a 99 buick century. Can't enter the trunk with the back seats so took a bit to remove the seats and install this, but it works very well with the top tether, and after clipping the bottom anchors and tightening it works well. I also recommend using the seatbelt as well since the anchor points aren't the standard ones in newer vehicles after 2002, so the seat belt provides that extra safety measure. It's a pain to move the seats of the car but worth it. Snug car seat now!

Unable to anchor it to my 1999 Lexus 300ES. No instructions in the box. Couldn't find anything online in the way of instructions for my car. Be sure it will work on your model car before purchasing.

Just installed this in my older Jeep and I have to say I’m extremely impressed! This is heavy construction. I was worried by the picture that it might bend, not gonna happen. Took all of 10 min to install and the majority of that was me fighting the anchor strap on the car seat itself (standing in the center of the car seat pulling with all my might to tighten. I think I was going a little overboard but when it comes to my grandbaby’s safety what can I say). The carseat isn’t going anywhere, I can’t get it to move a fraction of an inch. Love that I can put this in the middle of the rear seat rather than it being behind the passenger or driver seat. So glad I found this, can’t wait to take her for a ride!

I have a 99 subaru and it does not come with the latch system- wasn't a problem until I had to forward face my son. I got this product and it makes his car seat super tight. The product isn't bolted down so you need to use the latch system and the top teather to get it tight. The bottom latch system alone wouldn't make it tight enough. Other than that I love this product and will buy more in the future if I need it. I recommend using this and the seat belt together since this isn't crash tested.

Doesn’t fit our Acadia 3rd row seat worth a s**t! But it is working safely enough to use just took a very capable man longer than it should have to install!

This works for the most part to get the mounting points for the car seat but it's hard to get real tight because the mount wants to pull through the bottom of the seat because there is no lower vertical piece to stabilize it. Still much more secure than just the seatbelt
