Mode of operation

When the input power is turned on, the load is powered on and running.

When the thermostat is disconnected or there is power loss, the load is powered off and the timer starts to delay.

The compressor does not work during the entire delay process. QD-072 can protect the thermostat from damage when the power is interrupted, and it can also play a protective role when there is only a little bit of current.

Proud of myself for learning all about timers before buying. I had to understand all the different functions that are available in timers before finding the one that would replace the failed one on the air conditioner. I learned about timers and fixed the AC and now everything is cool.

Works great! Just what I needed to fix my smoker. Since this comes with no instructions, I suggest looking up a Youtube video to be sure you're using it as intended or you might end up frustrated.
