I had recently ordered/installed a VGA to display port adapter from another vendor which did not function at all.This one was of higher quality construction and worked immediately. The thumbscrews on this one made a secure connection. The display is fine.

Was exactly what I needed to get my monitor hooked up to the base unit. Between this cable and the other adapter I bought it is now a dual monitor that I can switch back and forth between the monitors.

Convertitore segnale DisplayPort del PC (digitale) al monitor VGA (analogico) perfettamente funzionante. Ho usato anche una prolunga la 10 metri ed il segnale arriva in maniera accettabile.Maschio per la DP e femmina per la VGAServizio Amazon come al solito impeccabile

I am very pleased with this Dell DisplayPort to VGA adapter. I several as I’m replacing a lot of client computers but keeping their older monitors, often with only a VGA input. This is totally a plug-n-play adapter. Just plug it in and it works.Just to test it I tried it on a 24in Dell Ultrasharp monitor which runs native 1920X1200. I had no issues at full resolution; the stated max for this adapter. Just a nice sharp desktop on the monitor.This adapter fills the needs of me and my clients perfectly. There are random brands for less, but I trust the Dell brand and it is seen as a plus for my clients too.To be fair I’m pretty clearly predisposed to like Dell from years using their products. My expectations for this DisplayPort to VGA adapter and they were fully met. That’s why I’m giving this 5 stars. It’s well made and does exactly what I want and expected.
