This is a good deal and definitely meets the needs. It was securely packed and had no problem arriving safely.Set up was easy, normal pain with updates.Boots up quickly and certainly does the job.

While this PC was new in the box and exactly as described, when it was setup for the first time and I completed all the windows updates, I ran the Dell support assist utility to check for newer drivers etc. What I discovered was that the warranty started early last year and I had about 2 months left. Contacting Dell I was told the warranty started when it was sold to the supplier that actually shipped it. I wasted some time making a copy of my receipt for the Amazon purchase and uploading it before they did extend the warranty and support but it did happen. I have had other issues with trying to buy PC's through Amazon with resellers that modify them but sell them as new or state they have features they actually don't (lighted keyboard for one) so while this turned out OK, I do not recommend buying PC's through Amazon unless it's actually coming from the mfg. of the PC.

Dell technical support is the worst support agency I have ever dealt with. They actuall released my email to someone outside of Dell without my knowledge or permission. Dell used to be great. How the mighty have fallen.

Perfect for me! I swing trade and needed a tower with high speed, great performance, enough storage and within a budget friendly price. As per graphics no complaints.

Dell Inspiron 3020 Tower Desktop Computer - 13th Gen Intel Core i5-13400 10-Core up to 4.60 Gig.Have not had but a couple weeks but seems to work move and speed is great. on the negative side I'm not a fan of windows 11 overbearing by microsoft with software and make it difficult finding tools and such.Windows 11 does not meet user friendly standards at all basically sucks.
