Shipping was fast, computer looked decent however when hooked up less than a week experienced screen tearing. Checked monitor & HDMI cables and they worked great on other system. Possibly had a defective GPU. Reached out and got a quick easy return.

Let me give y’all some spec that’s not really telling you. This pc is a micro-Atx motherboard. That comes with a Intel B85(only compatible 4th gen i3 i5 i7 cpus). The ram is DDR3 ram at 1600 MHz. AMD RX560 graphics card(OK for now). So upgrades I made was putting i7 4790 cpu and also grabbed a rtx 3050, and install DDR3 ram at 1866 MHz. By all means this no high-end gaming PC out the box you must perform upgrades. So all in im at $579 for a starter pc.

Bought for the sole purpose of running some of the games that were listed as games this PC could run and knew that it could play newer games but this this was awful the wifi adapter was slow as s*** but had a good adapter which was WAY faster but after downloading listed games and checking Internet speeds it couldn't run games on SINGLE player well this product should be taken off of Amazon

Great pre-built pc, had some trouble with start up being in a different language and could not switch to english but overall once it was set up i had no problem changing it. Only has 1 HDMI port which is used for the mini screen on the PC so you’ll need display port cords which is no big deal. Runs amazing and has been a great starter pc. Comes with USB drives for wifi and bluetooth connection.
