Computer does not support HDMI, its WIFI is slower than a snail (30 Mbps) while others in the house get about 130Mbps on the same router, Bluetooth does not work, even when an external WIFI transceiver device was attached. The keyboard and mouse are the lowest quality available and needed to be replaced with decent ones - UPDATE - Dell contacted me and pointed out that the specs did not include HDMI and required a DisplayPort cable. Acknowledged the low-quality keyboard, mouse and Wi-Fi adapter were to reduce costs. Their Customer Service was fast; they offered me $100 for my troubles with the computer or the option to return it for a full refund.

This purchase was for a NEW Dell computer. The very first day I had problems with my purchase. I contacted a DELLtechnician and he ran tests. It turns out my computer was months old and had another operating system under the Windows 11. The Dell technician would not work on the computer because of this. He wanted to take it back to the original operating system. (which by the way was in Arabic) The computer was first registered in the United Arab Emirates. Is this a normal business transaction?

SELLER NOT FORTHCOMING!!!!Bought this desktop thinking it was related to the Dell Store. It arrived on time and very well packaged. Looked brand new with very basic wired keyboard and mouse and a USB WIFI adapter which I did not use but another user qualified as very slow.THE GOOD:1. Very good price.2. Very quiet computer with dual fans.3. 3 bays for SSD/HDD (you need to get an extra SSD cable) in addition to an SSD slot.4. 3 Display ports but NO HDMI (you need to buy special cables)5. Plenty of USB portsTHE BAD:1. NO integrated WIFI2. NO Bluetooth3. NO HDMI (mentioned in the Amazon description in fine prints)You may say that the "GOOD" features of this PC completely outweigh the "BAD" ones and it should deserve a minimum of 4 STARS in my book, pending performance evaluation. BUT THIS IS NOT THE WHOLE STORY!The computer crashed and did not want to turn on. I called Dell Support and the NIGHTMARE STARTS:1. The computer is registered in the United Arab Emirates and was bought on September 30, 2024.2. Since I bought on Amazon at the end of March 2025, only 6 months remain in the warranty.3. Dell refuses to service it unless I complete a "Transfer of Ownership" form which requires information of the sellerwhich I do not have.4. Even after I complete the "Transfer of Ownership" form, there is no guarantee that Dell will still service it.5. I do not like to return things and I tried to contact Amazon and the seller to resolve the issue, but AmazonAssistant was going through a loop, it was frustrating. There was no way to leave a message directly to the Seller. In summary, was it really worth it to buy this PC from this seller? The answer is definitely a NO, and I should have bought it straight from Dell as I previously did! I am going to wait a couple of days with the hope that I will hear from the seller to resolve the issue, otherwise, I will proceed with the return. Should the situation change, I will update this review.

Everything seems to work great despite the negative reviews. Appears new, but once you look into things you relize some things are outdated. Loaded the details on DvD player it's from 2006 along with other features, but so far CPU running at 1% and 1.53TB free space. Only day 3 running but everything is running smoothly. Will update this review if anything else needs said but so far so good πŸ‘
