DO NOT BUY ANY REFURBISHED COMPUTERS THROUGH THIS COMPANY. I repeat do not buy! I’d give 0 stars if that was possible. Purchased a CPU, and a little less than the 6 months later, the hard drive is fried and is now useless. Complete waste of money. Out of 90 days warranty window so I was told too bad, nothing they can do. Steer clear of using this company to buy CPU’s unless you want to replace it in less than 6 months.

I purchased 3 computers for this vendor. They run great and look brand new. Their customer support is fantastic.

This computer is a real workhorse. Refurbished - could not tell it form new. Added a DVD drive, but otherwise perfect from the start.

Great machine for the price! Came with Win11 Pro which is working fine on it. Only uses 10watts when idling. Never saw it above 25watts. The 1TB M2 SSD is extremely fast. Faster than my USB and SATA SSDs. I have two of these now for a couple months w/o any issues. Very clean inside and out. I've used refurb PCs for years now. And these have been great refurb PC's so far. Note that these are 250w power supplies so no more than 50w low profile graphics card is advised. By default, these can run two display port (or adapter) monitors. Came with new wireless keyboard and mouse. I use 1Gb ethernet so not tested WiFi.

After using for a few months, the computer is just plain sluggish. Have run iObit apps, and others to to make sure there are not hidden viruses or malware. Just very sluggish.Get repeated popups showing denied access, don't have permission to open file. Can't access Document Folder due to no permissions. Asked seller for pw so I can have administrator rights to change permissions to change the properties so I can get my Documents folder. Seller said they didn't use a PW and ignored any further requests for support.I copied the documents folder from my old computer and pasted it as folder. I lost all files that had been saved during the 3 weeks or so of this computer use.Seems there is no way to get the sluggish performance improved. Looking to get a replacement computer and just write this one off as a bad choice. This came with Win 11. Win 11 sucks. If you can stay with Win 10, highly recommend it.

Refurbished or new is the question? I am happy with what showed up. No noticeable scratches or dings, everything works great even the DVD burner. It came with more & better components and software then I could've afforded new. It is only audible when the fans kick on, which is still way quieter than the old hard drives. The only thing I can complain about is it only had 2 displayport ports for video when I could've used a VGA or HDMI, but had to buy an adapter for the displayport. The description said it came with HDMI technology, it does not!
