Replaced old faucet. The sprayer was a nice upgrade to older simple spout and the installation was so easy and ended with no leaks. If you can follow directions, no need for plumber or special tools. Love this faucet set. No need to hand soap dispenser so a extra part that should be shown as option but still great product.

I used to work at a plumbing wholesaler and had one of the original pull-down touch faucets that Delta made. It lasted I am guessing about 18 years. I think Delta is a well-made product. So many faucets are pretty on the outside but just plastic on the inside. (You can usually tell by the weight of the product) It is also difficult to find a pulldown that does not look country (my house is more contemporary/mid- modern). This has a nice little flair giving it some style so I think it could work in just about any design. It also has some weight to it, so it feels expensive. The soap dispenser has a larger/wide hole so if your soap is on the thicker side like mine, it comes out easily.

Excellent faucet in appearance. Better quality than most, since these are mostly plastic from a lot of manufacturers. Installed and working appropriately, replacing a 20 year old Delta faucet that was on its last legs. The only glaring issue with this product was the inclusion of incorrect instructions. The instructions included covered a range of faucets and referenced parts that are NOT included with this faucet. I wasted nearly an hour trying to sort it out and look for a part that isn't included with this faucet. It wasn't until downloading and referencing the instructions included on the Amazon page for this product that I realized the error. Knocked down to four stars for an otherwise good product that wasted an hour of my life that I won't get back.

Product arrived on time and was exactly as described. This was a great deal on a quality Delta product. Completed the installation myself, can’t say it was a pleasant experience but I’m also a novice, so take it for what it’s worth. Works great and no more complaints about the old dripping faucet.

Looks great at my kitchen sink. Had one before which lasted for about 20 years. Recently started to leak, so I decided to buy another one. There are a few changes on the newer model. Like the little button that changes from stream to spray, and the way the hose retracts, and closes with a magnet. Like the brushed finish on the stainless steel tap and matching soap dispenser. A classy looking tap!

Update: faucet still works great, Amazon customer service not so much. A little over a week after purchasing and having installed the faucet, the price dropped $150 CAD and the only option Amazon could offer was for me to order again and return the one I just purchased and installed. This is completely unnecessary, my time and effort to remove and repackage.....shipping costs.....not to mention the carbon footprint this pricing policy must result in, and product shrinkage as well. Amazon should reconsider. Word of advice, consider going to a box store for these types of expensive purchases, they will be more likely to honour a 30 day price match. Last time I buy something like this from amazon, and have $300 worth in a cart ready to purchase but now I will go elsewhere!Great faucet, very simple installation. Looks great and good quality construction. My only two issues are that the I’m very disappointed that the soap dispenser head is not stainless steel, it is plastic, and the bottle opening is very small so it takes forever to fill from the top without going under the sink to remove the bottle which I don’t think they intend you to have to do. The other issue is the water temperature adjustment does not have a large range of motion and this is very touchy to get the water temp you are looking for, not great for little kids. Otherwise the fit and finish on the faucet and lever are top notch, it looks amazing, and install was very easy and straight forward. My wife is ecstatic with it.

Nice product. Delta definitely has it together on products. Constantly reviewing other sources but always select Delta. they just work well and don't leak, drip, spot. Thank you.

Had this installed by a plumber. He was impressed with the look and easy of function. It does come in more parts than others on the market, however, worth the extra time it takes to put it together for the install.

I've installed a few faucets in my time, and this one was simply the easiest to do so! The look and simplicity of the design are second to none, and the locking MagnaTite pull-down faucet is very secure and easy to pull down, re-connect, and maneuver with plenty of length. I would highly recommend this product for anyone looking for a new faucet to replace their current one with. Note, the price on this one was over $100 less than Home Depot as well.Just a couple points of constructive criticism and by no means a deal-breaker... Make sure to double-check the distance and placement for your hot and cold water supplies in relation to which pre-drilled hole in your counter top you intend to insert the control valve in.. One of mine was just in reach, but since the supply lines to the faucet are hard plastic, they don't have as much give and flexibility if you try to stretch these too far or connect at less than a 90 degree angle. The supply tubes look to be about 36" in length from the stem of the control valve underneath the sink to the supply connection. Should be more than ample enough for most installations. More flexible braided supply hoses might have been a better choice for those trickier installations, but I am sure this isn't a problem for most.Second, the warm water from this unit (full 90 degree up-right position of the handle) was a bit too hot. The installation instructions reference a switch in the control valve to help avoid hot water scalding, but it is really just a 'limiter' in that it will not allow you to fully open the hot water side. When the little orange switch on the top of the valve is moved to the right position (not default) the faucet handle can only be turned up in a 90 degree position for warm water, or about 45 degrees to the right for cold. If you need hot water for those occasions when cleaning off dishes, you will likely need to break out a scrubber instead. A better solution may be to leave the switch in the default position, and control the amount of hot water coming from the supply line by closing off the valve little by little until you get to a comfortable temperature in the warm water position. All in all, a great faucet and I would highly recommend it for it's simplicity of installation, elegant and sturdy design, and ease of operation..
