It’s okay for the price. Hot and cold water lines as marked are reversed. Sprayer/flow switch is hard to press. Otherwise, it works okay. Bought it as a replacement before selling my house. If you want something heavy duty toe higher quality, this isn’t your product. For the price, I couldn’t beat it.

Can't gripe about the price at $23.Quality is middling. Valve seems good. Probably will never use the pause button 'cuz you have to hold the button,(dumb). Pressure seems a bit lower than old. Like most reviews removing old faucet was a pain, (rust).OH, you'll need adapters for hose hook up. I needed 3/8 x 1/2 to adapt to my 1/2 shut off valves, (2) of them. Readily available in Amazon $8.00. Also this inlet hose setup is normal, hot left, cold right. Hooked up reverse like revews on many had mentioned, then needed to switch them.So far so good. Time will tell.

I really like this faucet. It is sturdy and I love the black matte finish. I have previously changed out two bathroom faucets, one of which was a pull out without the weight ball, so I’m familiar with the process and this has been set-up to be a VERY simple installation. Everything you need is provided and should take about 30 -45 minutes it is just that easy. The only thing I didn’t care for were the vague picture instructions that could be confusing for someone not familiar with the process. Watching a YouTube video will go a long way if you are unsure.It ultimately took me all of about 40 minutes to replace the old faucet (the hardest part was loosening the old bolts). I like the pull down feature, which was a given, but also being able to switch or pause the flow is a definite plus. The faucet itself feels sturdy and does what it claimed to do. I am very pleased and my kitchen sink got an instant upgrade.

Had this put in a few weeks ago. Great product for the price looks beautiful and no leaks so far. Pressure is really good.

I have no regrets! This is an awesome faucet. Similar faucet at Home Depot or Lowes coast trip this price. Easy installation instructions as well.
