My plumber told me what I needed and I ordered it. She installed it and now the shower works. I can't speak to any details or specifications other than the shower handle now works when it did not originally. That's a win!

I purchased a R22000 from Delta that had the screw stops and a 3 position diverter valve. I thought I had purchased the 6 position diverter valve. This valve came to the rescue, so happy it slipped right into the rough housing without a glitch. Only issue is that I have a 3 position diverter valve that I do not need now!

this is the universal 6 way diverter that solves your problem of that crazy left hand sided delta diverter , im right handed delta so why is your plate showing left hand markings and only turning left , ok i bought this and now im all good its left and right handed

Like many others, our plumber plumbed the rough in wrong and we didn’t find out till the tile was on. We needed the right side diverter to work. We just popped this one in it worked.

Delta seems to nickel and dime you by forcing you to purchase a separate 6 - way unit. The 6 -way diverter set comes with a 3-way unit limiting you to 2 individual and 1 shared water path. You have to purchase a 6-way unit separately in order to utilize the 6-way diverter for its full use capability. Other than that forced upgrade, it works great.

Bought the six-way diverter to replace a three-way diverter in our new bathroom. The plumber installed the hand shower on the wrong side of the valve (right instead of left) so it would not work with the three way diverter. We installed the six way diverter and it worked perfectly. If it doesn’t work perfectly you could also take out the ceramic piece inside the diverter and switch it around and it will work. I called Delta and they said this will not work - i decided to try anyway and they were wrong, it works perfectly and saved me from having to break up up my bathroom to fix the valve.

This is a six position diverter for the delta taps which is what I was looking for.The Amazon description is not correct as it shows as a three position diverter.The Amazon part number is the correct one for the six position diverterI was aware of the discrepancy, and took a Chance on it being a sex position diverter
