Needed to be more sturdy with some sort of tightening screw

I sent this back because the metal was not rigid and was kind of easy to move. Not treated to a significant hardness. If we quit buying cheap goods we may be able to get manufacturers to try to produce better than barely acceptable goods that do not last or are not durable. I will have to stick with HD brand from now on. I have tried many of the off-brand items and been disappointed. I'm not a snob, I just work hard for my money like most people. Good day.

It is great. Easy to install. And makes your ride feel better for back support. I would buy this product again.

Got this for my wife. Didn’t quite work as well as I’d hoped. But she’s very short.
