These regulators fit bulk tank propane, and nearly all oxygen tanks. These regulators will also work with acetylene and oxygen welding, and fits larger acetylene tanks, and all oxygen cylinders.

The Oxygen regulator I received looked like it had been mounted on a tank at some time and the gauge clear cover was covered with some kind of glue and fingerprints all over, the back was scratched and and fitting looked like it had wrench marks on it. I really do nut trust any used regulator or welding equipment,It is not safe . A replacement or refund would be in order.
