Las prensas son totalmente originales y acoplan a la perfección con mi sierra. Son metálicas al 100 por ciento. Solo está fabricado de neopreno el cojinete de sujeción. Gracias por vender productos de tan excelente calidad.

I've used this chop saw for years on many construction jobs. Do I clamp often?? NO, but when making cuts of angles that you can't normally get (less than 45 degrees) then using these clamps with a scrap make it simple.

Looks a lot better, robust and cheaper than a knock off from China

As with all DeWalt Accessories, these clamps fit perfectly and performed perfectly. When working alone, clamping and holding heavy boards is critical to safety and accurate cuts.

These worked great. As stated in other reviews they only fit one side of my saw, but worked for what I needed.

I didn't think this through before I bought them...they are a pair of the same clamp. The amazon product picture shows a lock down in the middle of the cast arm, which would allow for the clamps to be symmetric left to right. Well, what you actually get is a thumb knob biased to one side. This works perfectly on the right side of the saw, but on the left side of the saw the thumb knob faces inward, which hits the fence. I have a DW716XPS, so maybe it is only a problem on mine? No idea...I've included pictures for you to see the thumb knob hitting the fence. For the left side, I ended up removing the snap ring, flipped the cast arm upside down, then had to flip the threaded rod (rubber pad comes off revealing a torx screw underneath) around so it could clamp the correct way. I guess it will work. The draft in cast arm causes the arm to sag more now that it is flipped upside down, but most of that sag can be undone by fiddling with the thumb knob when locking in place. The fence interference is really only a problem when the clamps are swung outward (when not in use). I suppose you could completely remove the left side when not in use. I like the idea of them staying on the saw though. Another reviewer brought up an issue of the left side thumb knob hitting the saw head when doing an extreme bevel cut to the left side. I can't verify at the moment, but flipping the cast arm as I did should help with that issue as well. The head may end of hitting the rod next, but at least you would get a few more degrees of bevel out of it.Aside from that issue the rods seem to lock into the base fairly well, not the best fit, but definitely locks in. We will see if the slop causes excess wear to the aluminum cast base over time...I hope not.I would rate one clamp as 4 stars if only using for the right side...I'd give the other one 2 stars for the left side, so I'll average the set to 3 stars. Just be willing to take the time to flip that cast arm around for the left side.I should have paid more attention before ordering. I assumed I was getting a set, meant for left and right sides of the saw. Buy the pair at your own discretion, I am probably more picky than most.

These heavy duty clamps work well with my newly purchased DeWalt multi angle and bevel chop saw. The clamps insure the stock you are cutting will not shift, ensure a very accurate cut. A high degree of safety provided, especially for those that are new to the use of of high powered, lever styled chop saws.

Holds material okay for most cuts on my Dewalt DW715 (type 3) miter saw but they can obstruct movement of the saw head.Dewalt's current literature says these clamps are compatible with Dewalt miter saws DW717, DW718 (types 2 & 3), and DWS780. Note the DW715 is NOT currently listed. They now recommend clamp #153650-00 for the DW715 miter saw (and a bunch of their other miter saws).ON THE LEFT: Cannot cut a 45 degree bevel with this clamp installed on the left side. Smaller bevels like 35 degrees can work.ON THE RIGHT: Must swivel clamp nearly as far to the right as possible. Otherwise the saw motor is obstructed by the clamp's screw knob.Deducting one star for the obstruction problem.Other reviewers mentioned other methods for quickly tightening clamps. I agree, these clamps are not fast.Paid $40 for this pair. The currently recommended #153650-00 clamp costs around $65 for one, or $121 for a pair. Hmmm.

Although not included as part of the saw, the clamp assembly completes your power tool and certainly enhances its operation. This is a professional grade saw and I am assuming that these clamps are impractical for most major construction operations and also may be time consuming, hence, they are not included. For the homeowner/amateur woodworker, however, they will serve to hold the boards and moldings firmly and assure a precision cut - plus they will allow you to have your free hand away from the cutting blade.
