Multi-modes:

Hour 1 minute, until the end of the loop at 6:00 PM. Continue at 8:00 am the next day.
- CTD Mode: Count Down mode, countdown runs for a preset time once.
- DST Mode: One press to enter and exit Daylight saving time.

We use this to turn our Frame TV off at night and on in the morning automatically. It's nice because it requires no effort from us, unless we want to override the timer, in which case we can do so at the push of a button. Fairly easy to program, works as advertised.

Just make sure the remote control is within 30 feet of plug and has an unobstructed line of sight.

This item was a great purchase for the holiday season and worth every cent that I paid for it, thank goodness that the price was fantastic! This timer was so easy to use, and even easier to program. It was wonderful not having to remember to go outside and unplug all of my lights at a certain time, or not worrying about the electric bill from leaving the lights on all night long. This timer solved that problem, it enables you to program multiple items that are plugged into the unit, so that you can time them to turn on and turn off at specific times. You can also turn off the timer and just use the remote to activate your lights whenever you want. I love when I buy things that pay for themselves, the price of this item was a steal, and it is the best Christmas item that I've bought so far. The seller shipped the item very quickly, it was packaged very well, and the item was delivered in great condition. This was a fantastic buy, I'm so happy with the item. I whole heartedly recommend this item.

I used this for controlling our Christmas lights this year (2023). It was easy to use right out of the box. I was able to look at it and figure out how to program it and set it up. It works great. I'm not sure how long this will last as the controller feels very flimsy and seems like it might break if you drop it. However, I still recommend it for it's value and ease of use.

It does what I wanted it to. Only a few complaints. The programming is all non-volatile, so it gets preserved when you take the batteries out. EXCEPT for the time, so I have to resync it every battery change.Also, the screen flashes when it is activating, in a way that looks like the LED backlight is getting too low a voltage. So I suspected it wasn't designed to be energy efficient, and this was confirmed when the batteries died in 3-4 weeks. Not sure it's worth it, when you have to replace three AAs every three weeks. If you only use it the cold months, that's still 12-15 AAs.It is convenient, though.

I use this indoors for a fan in the bedroom. It works as advertised. The buttons and programming design are simple and easy to learn. It works well as a timer and/or a remote. The clock and light are good additional features. Overall, it's very useful and easy to use. The only improvement I could suggest is if they made both plug-ins independently controllable -- that would be awesome.
