This is a cheap knife that will work good in a meat depth. I did not notice when I purchased it says don't tread on me on the side of the handle. Knife is sharp, blade does not go all the way onto handle, you don't have to be an expert to tell its cheaply made but hey its good for a beater

Was very excited to get this knife at a very affordable price. While I was not expecting something that would stay sharp forever, I was hoping it would stay sharp enough during the first use. To my surprise it didn't even make it half way through before it became too dull that it was easier to rip the meat apart by hand than try to use the knife. I would recommend using another product as this appears to be low in quality and will not last.
