It only lasted for 3 cuts, thru 2" 0.120 steel tubing. Very disappointed.

Loves these 8” metal blades by Diablo. Just bought 5 of them for my Milwaukee metal cutting circular saw. Over tried most other blades on the market and the Diablo is hands down the best IMHO. Makes quick work of up to 1 inch of steel plate.

A cheaper blade than the Milwaukee but does the job. It will wear out a bit quicker, but you can buy more than one at this price.

You can't do good work with cheap tools. Buy quality, do quality. Great blade!

This is a legit review, I have not received anything for my review... These Steel Demon Cermet teeth blades are the best blades you will ever use to cut mild, carbon steel. They last longer than tungsten carbide, and I think they are a cleaner cut, that part is subjective, though. It arrived within 3 business days of ordering. I gave it 5 stars in sheerness, thickness and warmth because it looked like it would affect the review negatively if I did not. An 8" steel cutting blade has no sheerness, or warmth qualities and its thickness is standardized. I believe this is the 4th, or 5th Steel Demon blade I've bought from Amazon. Every time they are cheaper than Ebay by $4, or $5. To clarify I am a certified welder fabricator, since 1985, I use these blades professionally. This is not hobby work. I personally use the Skilsaw Outlaw, in my opinion that is the best saw for cutting steel, free hand. Bezos is a bleeding heart pussy, but Amazon is good at what they do.

When I first saw this reviewed on youtube I thought it was a joke. Now that I own one let me tell you it isn't. I installed it in my small Makita 8" chop saw and have now used it only a few times, so I can not speak for longevity, but it works GREAT! I used it to cut 2" pipe and it goes through it almost as fast as my other saw equipped with a Diablo wood blades cuts through a 2x4. It is fast, cuts amazingly clean, leaving a very clean smooth cut with no burrs, and can be handled as soon as it is cut, making almost no heat, except for the sparks. The sparks are hot, gloves would be a good idea as well as long sleeves and eye protection. Can be used in your hand held circular saw and for a little over $30 money well spent even if you only use it a couple times a year. You will not regret getting it!

I am using a 10" ryobi miter saw (normally designed for woodworking) to cut metals. I normally use an abrasive blade. I have heard good things about steel cutting blades and I tried the western abrasives 10" steel cutting blade to cut unistrut. It only lasted 3 cuts before it was so dull it just melted through the unistrut. I also tried a 9" evolution blade and that one lasted less than 20 cuts before it met the same fate. I then began researching for the strongest blade for steel cutting and came across these. I ordered 2 of them and so far I am on 100+ unistrut cuts on my first blade...I doubt I will need a second one before the project is finished. Lesson learned... Diablo steel demon blades are my new go to blade for cutting unistrut....

As good or better than any others I've used. I build custom built steel buildings and cut a lot of different gauges of steel. Tried these blades recently and really like them. Most importantly can buy 3 for less than the cost of 2 locally. Do fit my Milwaukee steel saws. I own 3 of them and believe they're the best.I ordered 4 blades the other day and they arrived within 3 days. We cut steel perlins and flat bar regularly. One blade lasted the duration of 380’ of sidewalk awning. Be careful not to pinch or bind the blade and anyone will be pleased.

I gave this blade a midrange rating only because I cannot be certain is a poor blade or I was expecting too much. I installed it on a basic table top chop saw and tested it on some random steel parts (occasional DIY projects). Some the teeth quickly separated from the blade so I immediately stopped the saw. The remaining teeth were too rough to use on wood so it was removed and the original blade reinstalled. I thought it was a good idea to use this blade rather than an abrasive blade for ferrous metals which needs replacement somewhat frequently but it did not work for me. Oh well, can't win them all.
