Used this on my chicken water tub as an auto fill and it worked great. This is way more robust and heavy duty than anything I've seen at the hardware store or feed store. Worked great in my application and would be great on a swamp cooler too. Lots of adjustment without having to bend anything, solid brass valve and thick plastic float

It's hard to find the shorter ones sometimes purchased a few to have on hand. Fit just right.

Like the male urinal, it is a very simple device that does only one thing, and does it well. We live in a desert climate and water is expensive, so getting enough, but not too much, water in our swamp cooler is essential. NOW, it does not match, exactly, the one that was there, which did not match its predecessor, but fortunately swamp coolers are very simple machines with lots of space, so making it fit was easy.

Finally a float that works I’ve bought too many floats that protected junk. This float almost installs it’s self. I just may buy an extra so I have the best
