Muy contento con esta esponja, la uso para eliminar los filos que deja el diamante al realizar los cortes en porcelanato

Not what I expected at all. Can’t use on glass like I hoped.

At $16, to get four diamond-surfaced sanding plates is quite a bargain, and you've got to manage your expectations. I'm not sure these would be great for polishing metal, or tile even, but these work great on wood. They cut fast, and maintain a straight surface - for softer materials. Again, at $16, I don't expect precision tools and carefully machined surfaces. But, these get the job done more accurately than a file and more easily than a block with sandpaper. The reason for four stars is that they advertise this for tile, and again, for the precision, I'm not sure I'd totally trust 400 grit to truly be a consistent 400 grit and nothing more coarse.

Nice set of diamond sanding blocks . The 400 grit is very good on acrylic counter tops. Takes out scratches nicely. They work well wet or dry. The spaces between the diamond allows the sanded material to flow away.

These cleaned up the edges of the tile great. I would use them on the tiles as wet as I could and got the edges nice and smooth. It was hard to see sometimes the difference between the cut side and the factory side.

I toss into my tile saw pan water and leaves them nice and wet for sanding every cut on the spot. Also works well for sanding epoxy grout on mitered corners.

If you’re looking for something to “polish” ANYTHING, look elsewhere. Luckily I had a scrap of granite to try this out on. I used the finest grit in the kit, 400 left my nicely polished scrap of granite with deep scratches after THREE passes. I was going to try and buff a piece of marble with it, but as you can see it would be better utilized as a nail file for a gorilla. DON’T waste your money!
