I bought these for my parent and in-laws for Christmas. I took the time to load photos before I gave it to them and loved it so much that I bought one for myself. They live out of state and enjoy getting photo updates of my kids. My boys love seeing their baby photos and pictures of themselves that we've recently taken. In a digital world, I've definitely slacked on replacing photos in frames. This has been a wonderful solution. Great picture quality and easy functionality.

I ordered the frame as a gift but after 3 months it stopped working. The quality seemed good and it was easy to set up it just did not last very long 😞UPDATE: the seller offered a full refund and they didn’t have to do that. I am very thankful and wanted to submit an update for such great customer service.

Very intuitive App is used to load the photos. Enjoyed having multiple friends being able to link up and load photos as well. Makes a great family gift to grandparents.

This is my first experience with a digital photo frame and it has been a learning process, but so far everything turned out well!The frame is elegant, beautiful and designes with attention to detail and quality materials. I opted to have it hung as opposed to placed on a surface, because it takes less space like this. The stand behind the frame can be cumbersome if space is limited. I know the cable is rather short, but it's very easy to buy a longer cable and have greater range to place this photo frame.Not a big fan of apps, so I downloaded the photos from my computer, through the usb cable provided. There is enough storage space to fit a few hundred to a few thousand photos, depending on resolution. My pc recognized the photo frame quickly and the transfer time was average.I like the options it offers, such as having it turn on and off on a schedule, slide settings and luminosity degrees. It's a very good quality screen that displays my pictures flawlesly. I haven't had any real issue with the product, except the time it took me to figure it out on my own (don't have the patience to read instructions).I think it's a very good digital frame, giftable and affordable!

I was initially concerned that a pink frame might look tacky but I was very pleased with its appearance. It has a metallic look it to it and it is a very nice rose colour. The frame does have a weird stand to it which is essentially a 5" long plastic dowel that attaches to the back. For the price of this frame, you’d think they could have designed a nicer stand. I found the stand took up too much space on my shelf.The frame offers three ways to add photos: via app, via USB cable and via microSD card. I was really interested in added photos via USB cable since most of my photos are on my computer. Unfortunately I was not able to test that out because my computer didn’t want to recognize the frame. I don’t believe it is an issue with the frame, as it did not want to recognize my memory card reader either. It just seems lately nothing wants to work properly. I was able to add photos via microSD card using the built in card reader on my computer. I didn’t use the app because I didn’t want to install another app and I don’t really have any good photos on my phone as I use a dSLR. Unfortunately this frame doesn’t allow you to email photos as other frames do. If your friends want to send you photos, they have to download the app and use your invite code. The code generated expires after 12 hours. I found this to be a big shortcoming.The frame is slow to start up. The photos generally displayed nicely. Unfortunately they show the date they were added on the bottom left hand side of the screen and there didn't seem to be a way to remove it. I was adding old photos and unless it can display the date it was taken, that date is useless. You can fit photos to the screen but then it applies to all photos. I had the frame in landscape mode and that meant photos taken in portrait mode were cut off. You can move the photo individually but you can not resize it which was disappointing. I would have liked more individual control over photos. Generally it works well if all photos are in the same orientation.Overall, I found some features missing like being able to email photos. I didn't like forcing friends and family to use an app. I would have liked better control over how photos were displayed. I did like the ability to add photos via USB cable even if it didn't work for me. I really didn't like the stand. There are numerous options available for photo frames so it is a matter of find one that fits your needs.

This is one of the best looking frames I have seen so far, especially at this price point. I love the way that it looks aesthetically with the aluminum bezel and white mat trim. The remainder of the frame and backing is plastic as well as the screen. The touchscreen is quite responsive and accurate, however, you can feel that it is plastic. The Settings menu is very easy to navigate and is self-explanatory. The load time from turning it on until you can start seeing images is a bit longer than I would like however, transitioning between photos is Pretty good. You can adjust the time spent on each photo before cycling to the next. There is video playback with audio, the audio is not that great, but it is only a photo frame. The video has quite a few restrictions and I found to be a bitty, matching the criteria. I do like The option of being able to show the notes of the photo taken as well. The clock And the weather for your. The two different screen settings are both quite good original photo as well as filter screen. The only caveat is when you fill screen, you will crop the image and lose quite a bit of your photo. The frame can be mounted on the wall in portrait and landscape mode as well has a kickstand which can be placed in a portrait or landscape mode on the A removable SD card makes transferring files from your computer to the frame easy as well. You can connect it to your network and photos wirelessly. This does have built-in storage for photos so you will not lose out if you choose to send your photos wirelessly you do not need an SD card to operate this. This does come with a DC wall plug-in to provide power or you can use a type C cable to power, this does not have a battery built-in. Again, this is a very nice frame excellent picture, quality lightweight easy to use and all around a Great addition to any wall or desk.

Wow, this Eptusmey is like a free media DropBox, limited only by the amount of storage memory for you to invite family and friends to upload their photos and video to your Photo Frame! Having said that, you can increase the 16 GB internal memory storage of the Picture Frame by plugging in a 128 GB micro SD card to expand the storage. You can play photo slideshows and video from the Picture Frame plus much much more: like, export photos to your computer to edit and print, upload all contents to a flash drive and plug it into your large screen TV to play, add captions and music to photos and videos and share back with family and friends. There are so many possibilities to connect with family and friends through this Picture Frame to share media with them and to be interactive. To import media from my iPhone to the Picture Frame, is much faster to first export the media from iPhone to a USB C flash drive through FILES, then plug USB C flash drive to Picture Frame and directly import the media. I can also use the Frameo app to export media to Picture Frame using WIFI, in this case, the videos clips are limited to only 15 seconds recording. During the export, the app will give you options to centre the subject of the photo to allow for the correct cropping in portrait or landscape mode, a very nice option to use.Overall, I like the display resolution, 720P, and the vibrant colour. The videos are played smoothly without any glitches. The setup menu is very intuitive and comprehensive. However, the audio is not so good, the volume is too low to be heard even at maximum audio output level. It will be nice if there is an AUX jack to output audio to a sound bar for playing slideshow with music. Tips: if you encounter a blank screen with the message " All photos are hidden by you", just touch any part of the screen and you will see the control to restore the photo display. The Picture Frame is very decorative with a brush aluminum frame and an inner white mat. At a reasonable price, I highly recommend this Eptusmey Picture Frame.

We bought this for our grandmother's 90th birthday. It was so easy to preload photos on for her and setup for family members to add to it any time. I loaded at least 100 photos and barely used any storage. Easy for her to view, just plug into an outlet and enjoy!

First time purchasing a digital frame as gift idea for dad asking for wedding pictures, and we thought this is really cheap and nice. Frame/bezel is gorgeous, set up was easy, sending pictures is fine, BUT major defect - USB transfer not working. I don't want to keep sending pictures especially if there's too many. Should have a built in 32GB and should work like a flash drive. CAN'T transfer pictures from computer. My USB cable works fine with other devices. Display looks like a tablet from 2000s. It's alright on some angles but overall a cheap made-in-china device.- Micah

I simply cannot say enough good things about this digital picture frame! Everything about this frame is an exponential improvement over my old frame that had died after many years of use and I had hesitated to replace. The frame itself looks great. The display itself is large, crisp, and bright. The time & weather is a nice touch. And most importantly, the Frameo app makes adding photos to be displayed soooooo simple! I absolutely love that I can get a morning picture of my granddaughter by text while I’m at work, save the photo to my phone, and then with the app easily and quickly send the latest picture to my frame in literally seconds. This frame and the versatility of the app being able to share the ability to upload photos remotely would also be a solid home run for seniors to always have the latest pictures of extended family sent directly to their frame. I have found absolutely zero negative aspects to this frame and would highly recommend it for oneself or a loved one.
