Measure Handrail Height:
- Mark drill points on the bottom of the handrail based on baluster spacing b (typically b≤4")
- Measure the height (a) from the ground to the drill points
Cut the Balusters:
- Baluster Height = H+1" to 1.5"
- Use an angle grinder or metal saw to cut the balusters
- Keep them slightly longer for fine adjustments during installation
Drill Holes in the Handrail:
- Drill Depth: 1" to 1.5"
- Hole Diameter: Slightly larger than the baluster top for easy insertion but not too loose
Insert Balusters & Fix Base
- Insert each baluster into thedrilled holes.
- Secure the base to the floor for stability
