High elastic spring
The coil spring absorbs shock during cycling, making cycling more comfortable.

Multi-layer sealing ring, waterproof and dustproof, effectively protects the inner cleanliness of the seatpost tube, protects the internal oil from leaking, and keeps lubricated.
Adjustable saddle install angle
Double nails and double rails, adjust the angle of the saddle according to your own needs, and improve cycling comfort.
Hardness adjustment
Use a hexagonal wrench to adjust the hardness of the shock absorber. Anticlockwise adjustment is soft, and clockwise adjustment is hard. The counterclockwise adjustment should not exceed 5 mm at most to prevent the screws from falling off. Please adjust according to your own weight and road conditions.
Minimum Insertion
The correct installation of the seatpost requires the warning line to be below the seatpost clamp, so that the overall stress area is even and does not break.

My first impression was that it looks very generic without any markings. It looks like brandless chinese bulk stuff. There was only a mark for highest seat position. It feels a bit soft too even with tightest adjustment.It worked ok during first test ride. Saddle fastener got a bit loose and I had to readjust it and tightened it a bit more. Maybe I should use loctite to prevent it getting loose.I will update this review when I get more experience.

On my last ride over a bumpy trail my back took some pounding so I decided its time for an upgrade. I looked around and real shock suspension post cost upwards of $300, more than I needed. I wanted a elastomer seat post, like some forks had, they do not bounce as much as spring only seat posts. I looked at a few but buyers said many of them were too stiff, no one said that about this one , also it had a spring and a elastomer absorber combo. I liked the idea of spring and elastomer combination and the price was right.The seat post came set at its lowest setting, I put my seat onto it on a bench , tested it for springiness, and than installed on the bike and did some adjustments to seat.Took a ride today and ride definitely improved, bumps were reduced and I did not get pounded like on my previous ride without it . I am 160lbs and it worked for me. Can be set tighter for heavier riders.

The stock seatpost that came with my Ariel Rider Kepler was rough riding over bumps and also when riding off road or on grass. I ordered the DJC suspension seatpost (size 30.4) along with an IPOW bike seat and noticed a significant improvement. The only negative is that I had my seat on the lowest to ground setting and this seatpost will add at least 2" in height. Works great for the money, just had to get used to the additional height of the seat.

They're a good solid pole but the suspension part caused the seat to be to high. I returned it If your tall, you will like it. I'm 5'6 and could only barely touch with the very tip of my toe.

I placed it on my Wired Cruiser e-bike and it had no compression at all, the same as the original bike seat stem post, thus of no benefit, and to top it all off absolutely no instructions.

Big improvement in seat of the pants feel. Had to get an adapter for correct diameter fitment, but that it common when changing seatposts. This seatpost is very good quality, and was easy to install. I have two of these now, I am so pleased with performance and looks.

Back and butt saver for those long trail rides, and much cheaper than buying a FS bike. Its adjustable too, and the dampening is very mild/on point. Not springy or bouncy.Minus one star only because there is some side-to-side play. Its not a huge issue, but its sometimes an unusual motion. Not uncomfortable, just unusual to feel the seat moving side to a side a little bit.

Had to write a review to offset these bad reviews. Not fair to give it a bad review because people bought the wrong size. I bought the chrome one. For me, I looked my bike up on the internet to find what size seat post it had and ordered that size. This seat post is expensive looking and feeling and fits perfect. When I took my old seat post out to put in this new one it did say what size it was at the bottom side. You can measure it to as the directions above show you. Keep in mind with the spring and the collar below the spring there is about 2 1/2 inches of the post that won't be able to slide into your frame. If you have less than 2 1/2 inches now your seat won't go as low. Also it weighs more if weight is a factor to you. Mine came with just the post and attached mount in a plain clear plastic bag. No shim or extra parts of any kind. Just be sure to order the correct size and you well be fine.

seems to work well -but not on wifes bike - would sit -way too high for her- so sad!!!, add at least 2 inches
