My factory plate lamp body had the retaining tab break and was dangling on my 2016 Buick Encore. I found these lights to be cheaper than the OEM style filiment bulb housings. These lights are BRIGHT! Seriously, when I am driving at night, there is a distinct wall of light behind my car in the side mirrors. They are aimed down, so I have not found any issues with the light being too high and bothering others, but MAN are they BRIGHT! I cannot state enough how miniature-sun-in-a-jar bright these are. Otherwise, the fit was great and required no modifications. The housing clipped right in, the plugs plugged right in, and the adapter component was simple to plug at both ends and slip into the body cavity. Install took me all of 3 minutes for the set with no tools.10/10, would buy again!

Now and then you get a big value for the money. These lights were so easy to install and easily twice as bright as the OEM lights. Thanks to the vendor and Amazon. These arrived two days after I ordered them. Outstanding! Update--After writing this review out of curiosity I called my Chevy dealer and asked them to price out OEM lights and installation. Believe it or not they said for parts and labor it would be $175.00 ! Unbelievable!
