Got the remote and connected to the chair and it does not shut off. Controls don't work. The chair stays on the massage non stop.

Tried to replace an identical unit with the proper markings... Didn't work... Gave a light but nothing nothing actually worked. Not sure if it was the controller or something else, returned item.
