Why is Ethernet not working?
- After SteamOS upgrade, please manually enter desktop mode and connect to wired network. Turn off WiFi, or set the priority of wired connection.
Does the dock Station output video through the USB-C port?
- No, the USB-C port is for power input only.
Why do external devices such as keyboard and mouse can't work?
- When the Steam Deck are docked, please connect the power adapter to provide sufficient power supply.
Why my HDTV can't recognize my sound barrier and deactivate the CEC device?
- In Steam settings, click on audio, there is output, click on "external device", and you can transfer audio to your TV.

Works exactly as described. Needed a port to connect my steam deck to my TV, this unit works great and has all the ports I need including an Ethernet and extra usb c ports. Great value and works as described. Highly recommend!

Works great, I have this linked up to a hdmi switcher to my second pc monitor so I can game on one side and play another game on my steam deck lol. Really high quality and the wire is very sturdy too. I also have an Aula F75 and the dongle is in the stand so when I dont feel like playing on my steam deck I can flip a switch on the back of the keyboard and transition back to my pc.

I've been using this docking station for a while now, and it's been a fantastic addition to my setup. The 4K@60Hz HDMI output works flawlessly, delivering crisp and smooth visuals when I connect my Steam Deck to my TV. Just a heads-up—it doesn’t support the Steam Deck OLED’s 90Hz refresh rate, but for my regular Steam Deck, it’s been rock solid.One of the best features is the gigabit Ethernet port. This is a scam and a lie. I just received today, Feb 5, 2025. It does not work on any of my HDMI ports on 2 separate TVs across all of the HDMI ports on both. This is a ripoff. I want my money back.

This docking station for Steam Deck is terrific. Set up was easy and with USB charging outlets, that just makes it more desireable. Charging is quick and the quality build is great. It has a heavy duty metal body with rubber bumpers in just the right places so it will not damage your game. Highly recommended! Great value for the money!

Works pretty well for what I need it for, mostly gaming. Charging is fast enough. A little clunky to set up initially, but I got it working eventually. The extra USB ports are awesome.I've got my mouse, keyboard and a drive all plugged in no problem. The 4K output is sweet. Looks amazing on my monitor. The gigabit ethernet is a lifesaver. My wi-fi is kinda crap, so this is a must-have for me.Overall, a decent dock for the price.

Es funktioniert ohne Probleme mit dem Steam Deck. Das einzige was mich stört ist der Lan Anschluss. Das Lan Kabel klinkt nicht richtig ein und es geht bei kleinste Verschiebung wieder raus. Deswegen 1 Stern Abzug. Sonnst alles in Ordnung

Im März diesen Jahres gekauft und schon jetzt (November) hat das Teil einen Wackelkontakt im Verbindungskabel, welches ins Steam Deck führt. Schade, dass gefühlt Technik, die man hier bei Amazon bestellt, nicht mal mehr das obligatorisches Haltbarkeits-Jahr schafft.

Works as expected, no issue here. Only problem for me is that ROG Ally has power connector on other side then SteamDeck, so the cable is realy short to be able to connect it comfortably, i always have to place ROG Ally little bit to the roight so i am able to connect the cable. So I dont recommend it fort Ally. I have SteamDeck also and with that it works perfectly. The free USB-C is only for PD, so dont expect to use USB-C as hub output for anything else - so additional USB-C would be nice to have. But overall, it is good value for money after using it aprox 2 months. Works with XREAL Glasses 2 Pro as well, only HDMI-USB-C cable is needed and XREAL Beam.
