Great quality dog ramp. I bought this to replace my older ramp that was simply, too steep and my dogs would slip down the ramp. This ramp is longer, so the angle doesn’t have to be as steep. The fabric on the ramp is very grip-able and the little speed bumps every few inches really helps. I would recommend this ramp to everyone. I’m going back to buy one more for my bedroom.

I know it's not a "nail", but that metal prong poking out may as well be one. It was more like a stable tooth/blade. I ended up flattening it with a hammer and then also putting a piece of masking tape over it just to be safe.Aside from that one manufacturing error, I really like the design. My cat (so far) doesn't really trust it, but he's been curious and smelling it and I can imagine using it before too long. I just like having this for him as an option since he's getting older and has some lower back / hip pain.The one other thing I wish it had was an additional side clasp for when it was closed (to hold it closed) rather than the singular clasp/latch. It has one on each side for when it is extended, which is nice, but it seems like it should have an additional clasp/latch when folded.The ramp angle/height adjustment is really good too, so it's not too steep most of the time (at its highest setting, some animals may find it awkward). At least as an alternative to steps, this is a good option.

Perfect for our yorkie to get up and down from our bed. Very sturdy and well made. We also have two 40-ish pound dogs that have used it as well, though they still prefer to just jump up and down. Ours is on carpet, so it doesn’t move. I think if it were on something other than carpet it might move some, especially with heavier dogs. If that were the case, a runner rug with non-slip backing or pad would probably help. I was very pleasantly surprised to find that it comes fully assembled. And the fact that it folds up for easy transport or stowing under the bed was what really sold it for me.

This is well designed and a quality construction. My 14 year old dog was able to learn to navigate the ramp in 3 days. He is an older & somewhat skittish dog, so most dogs will probably have it down after the first time.Assembly was super-easy and intuitive - no need to read instructions.The height fit our 30” high bed. The carpet on the ramp allows for great traction and is holding up perfectly after a couple of weeks. The appearance is nice and not obtrusive.We are really pleased with this purchase!

Update: great customer service!Very nice design and fits well with my furniture, but not sturdy. My 14lbs puppy runs on it and it was shaking. I have to put the ramp between the wall and the bed so it can be hold better. The reason I keep it because it fits my bed height and it is not too bad for my small puppies (under 14lbs). Not recommend for big dogs.

My 75 lbs dog who is 12 loves this ramp. She is happy to use it so she doesn't have to jump. After she used is x3 she realizes no jumping and she has a smile on her face!My bed is about 30" tall. Thanks again!
