Easy to put together, strong, sturdy and great overall. Will definitely last a long time. Great for core strength workouts and crossfit exercises.

This is a superb weight sled set that is ideal for a home gym. It is constructed from steel alloy so it should be durable over time. It is comfortable to operate and comes with a harness. Definitely recommend!

This sled has been a great addition to our home gym. It is smaller than I thought it would be (I’m use to seeing the larger ones in the gyms) but it works great even for our 7 year old. I can’t wait until summer to use it outside but it works very well in the garage. We do wish the attachments could adjust smaller but that’s just because our kids work out with us using wood plates and such. The vest and straps have held up well and seem pretty sturdy though we haven’t loaded it over 180lbs. The sled (minus the center pole) is a solid piece and the pole, when completely installed, is very strong. Again a great addition to a home gym!

If I could, I would give this 3.5 stars, because I don't think that the flaws are bad enough to warrant dismissing this product, but they also give me pause when thinking about recommending it.First, the sled seems relatively well-made for the most part. The welds are fairly uniform throughout, and it has enough support in the places that it needs it (for its intended use) to call it a quality product. My major complaint about the sled is that they went with a cheap plastic sleeve to cover the post instead of a metal one. However, if you're just using the sled over level ground, it shouldn't impact the performance too much. However, the harness is another matter. As you can see from the first photo, the stitching was frayed right out of the box, which is not good. It was this way on at least half of the connections, which is an endemic problem, not a one-off accident. I went over the whole vest and used a lighter to singe down the frayed ends one by one.The connectors for the pull strap are more like carabiners than D-rings, which should add a little more sturdiness at the cost of convenience when attaching/detaching it. My major complaint is that it has only a single attachment point on the back of the vest, which, given the aforementioned concerns about the stitching, is concerning when thinking about long-term durability. There are two rings, one on each shoulder (pictured,) but no instructions as to how to use them, nor are there any attachments for doing so. I initially tried running the strap through them before attaching it to the sled, but this just made the back of the vest bunch up towards the top when pulling the sled. There's only one picture in the product description illustrating how the vest is attached to the sled, and it shows only the one attachment point being used, so these rings are somewhat of a mystery. The front of the vest has the old school double-ring attachment (pictured) for the side straps, as opposed to something a little more convenient like a clip, but they work and the product is inexpensive, so *shrug*.One more thing to keep in mind is that the sled is just barely big enough to fit one of the old-school solid 45lb plates on it (see picture,) so if you have the more common type that have the handles molded into the plate, you'll be relegated to using 35's or smaller. Not terrible, but just something to note.My overall feeling is that as long as you're using this sled on level ground that is relatively even, like a practice field or gym floor, it should do the job (for a while, at least.) I wouldn't place any bets on the longevity of the harness, but that could always be replaced in the future with something similar, or just plain old rope if you're not fancy. I wouldn't use this on an incline or hill, because it has too many weak points that may wear over time (harness, plastic post,) and result in the product failing at some point. Otherwise, it's not bad for the money ($60 at the time of this writing,) if you're looking for a budget sled that will serve the basic purpose.

This thing kicked my a$$. Figured I would try this to add a new piece of lower body equipment to my arsenal and so glad I did. It is versatile as you can push or pull (comes with a vest and long attachment to attach to the sled itself). It came packaged extremely well (like it could have survived an F5 tornado!). Only nitpick I have is the strap attachment is a bit long for me (I am short at 5’2”), but easily fixable. Quality item and will use in my lower body exercises.

Nicely packed, it didn’t come in a huge bulky box. It’s great that it comes with the vest to pull the sled but I’m very disappointed it came with an Allen wrench, that conveniently doesn’t fit the screws to out this together. Not only that, you also need a wrench to hold the bolt from the back. Unsure why they’d include a tool you can’t use. Obviously I put it together because I had the tools, but very annoying to have it come with something you can’t use, thinking that’s all you need.

Ok, so I chose to grab one of these to do some sled work at home. When this came, set up was a breeze. The weight plate pole attaches into the top of the base with three easy screws. There is an adapter that allows you to use either 1” or 2” plates. Since no only have 2” plates at home, I just keep the adapter on the pole and it pretty much stays in place. The sled also comes with a tether/strap on vest that allows you to attach to the sled for forward and reverse drags - great for slight inclines to build strength and explosive power. The sled base is equipped with handles so that you can push the sled in a prowler stance. Personally, for me, the handles are a bit too low. I really have to bend over at a pretty severe bow to make use of the handles. They work though and I can’t argue that it makes for a great workout. Just make sure you tend to your lower back and don’t strain your neck.In my opinion, this was really for use in indoor turf or outside on grass. It is all metal so I am sure it is tough and study enough to use on asphalt, but it would scrape up the metal base pretty good. Perhaps you can attach plastic sliders into the bottom to allow it to glide more smoothly and not mess up the paint?Overall, I think this is a decent addition to the home gym. The use of sleds has been proven to build stamina, leg muscles and overall strength without the post workout soreness. Great for conditioning as well. Now, this sled will not compete against the commercial ones you see at fitness gyms, but for the price? Can’t be beat.
